Taking down ceiling fan,exhaust fan any sweep and geysers after disconnecting all necessary electrical connection from ceiling rose to fan with all accessoreis, remove from site to MES store yard complete all as directed.

Ceiling rose 3 phase PVC/polycarbonate, isolated body, complete all as specified and as directed.

Exhaust fan, steel body AC single phase, 230V of size 300mm sweep, heavy duty, with blades, frame and louvers, including necessary flexible copper cable from ceiling rose, including making hole in walls and finishing the surface to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Exhaust fan, steel body AC single phase, 230V of size 450mm sweep, heavy duty, with blades, frame and louvers, including necessary flexible copper cable from ceiling rose, including making hole in walls and finishing the surface to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only exhaust fan any sweep and size in the existing opening with 10mm thick plywood and making electric connection complete including taking down existing fan complete all as specified and directed.

Electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV,connection piece etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with double pole MCB of capacity, 20 Amps, 240V, connecting with all connections complete all as directed.
