Demolition of brick work/stone masenary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for random rubble walling, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of syntehtic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F plain, black, mild steel sheeting, 1.25mm thick, in ridges, doors, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed), with welded or soldered provided complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even smooth without using extra cement with using WPC complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement based primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Acrocem/Snowcem and equivalent.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out silt including other waste particles from Raw water tank capacity 15 Thousand Gal having size not more than 4.50 mtrs in Dia, and 3.5mtrs in depth, 150 cm average height of silt from ground level, by means of any other suitable T&P, removal of silt at distance not less than 500 mtrs from Raw water tank and then cleaning and washing of inner walls and floor of Raw water tank including removing sticky particles by scraping with sand paper till all the surfaces are totally cleaned, washing the surface using solution of Hydrogen per -oxide in the ratio of 1:100 to entire satisfaction of complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) T&P required for taking out silt and cleaning of Raw water tank shall be arranged by the contractor and cost thereof shall be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) The surface of walls / floor of Raw water tank shall not be damaged during taking out muddy water/ silt from Raw water tank and the making good the disturbed surface shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position and removing surplus spoil where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with using WPC as in Sub floor, Sab base, floor and paving etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
