Opening of Top cover and allied parts, exposing the core and and copper windings after draining the oil, carrying out inspection at site in presence of HWPK representative for any abnormalities, Assesment of winding insulation and fault noticed if any.Cleaning of all healthy parts i.e the copper windings, the core laminations, tank, OLTC, terminals of OLTC. Brazing /soldering required if any , Removal of HV bushings and storing them at a safe place, Sleeving, insulating, brazing of connections if required, Overhaul of radiator valves, Repair/Removal of bends in radiators and expansion bellows, Supply and Replacement of all the gaskets, Oil Seals, and leakage points in the transformer which include cork gaskets, teflon washers, drain plugs, Creep paper, Cotton tape, adhesives etc, Cleaning of Radiator fans and their conditioning without rewinding, Maintenance and calibration/testing of buchholz relay, Overhaul of Oil pumps, Overhauling of driving mechanism of OLTC, collecting the insulation paper samples for subsequent testing (Testing is not in the scope of vender). Reassembling the transformer by putting the top cover, fixing all the active and allied parts, making terminal connections, fixing of oil valves and accesories, fixing of OLTC with alignment. Painting of Transformer. Performing Routine Tests on the Transformer after Overhauling like-Insulation Resistance and PI value, Voltage ratio test at all taps, Winding Resiatance , Magnetic Balance Test, Tan Delta of Windings and Bushings. After completion of work, idle charging the transformer and observing LT voltage and air venting and clearance for loading the transformer.

Supply and Replacement of 1 No. of HV bushing (220KV side) of same dimension with existing bushing. (This item will be executed based on the actual requirement.)
