Scope of work for FFS

Halon bottles pressure testing to be carried out. Capacity - 20 Ltrs, 80 Ltrd, 130 Ltrs. Working pressure - 80 Bar, Testing pressure - 125 Bar.

CO-IV and CO-500 container shell to be pressure tested, WP- 10 Bar, TP-15 Bar

Air charging valve of Halon bottles found stuck in closed position. Valves to be overhauled and pressure tested. Type- Angle valve. Job entails de-pressurising of Halon bottles, removal and pressure testing of Halon bottles and system for leaks post fitment of air charging valves.

Carry out pressure testing of the fire extinguishers iaw INBR 3000 Article 2352

Take sample fo Halon liquid from the extinguisher for regulatory compliance tests.

Carry out internal visual inspection of tanks of CO-IV and CO-500 units.

Carry out Technical examination of the cylinders of CO_IV units
