Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, scaffolding etc. complete as directed.- Of sectional area 40 square centimetres and above.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding etc complete as directed.- Of area 3 sq. metres and below.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :including the cost all materials, labour, tools and plants etc complete as directed. -Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE SAND)- 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :(Asian / Berger)- New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding etc complete.

Providing and fixing at all height wall panelling with phenol bonded Bamboo Mat board of 12mm Thickness conforming to IS:13958-1994 including providing and fixing to frame work made of 50mm x 50mm hardwood plugs including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar and making good the wall etc. and also providing and fixing wooden moulded corner beading of triangular shape to the junction of panelling etc. with iron screws all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including supply of all labours , tools & plants, materials etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Gl Clip in Metal Ceiling System of 600x600 mm module which includes providing and fixing 'C' wall angle of size 20x30x20 mm made of 0.5 mm thick pre painted steel along the perimeter of the room with help of nylon sleeves and wooden screws at 300 mm center to centre, suspending the main C carrier of size 10x38x10 mm made of G.I steel 0.7 mm thick from the soffit with help of soffit cleat 37x27x25x1.6 mm, rawl plugs of size 38x12 mm and C carrier suspension clip and main carrier bracket at 1000 mm c/c. Inverted triangle shaped Spring Tee having height of 24 mm and width of 34 mm made of Gl steel 0.45 mm thick is then fixed to the main C carrier and in direction perpendicular to it at 600 mm centers with help of suspension brackets. Wherever the main C carrier and spring T have to join, C carrier and spring T connectors have to be used. All sections to be galvanized @ 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive), fixing with clip in tiles into spring T with : GI Metal Ceiling Clip in plain Beveled edge global white color tiles of size 600x600 and 0.5 mm thick with 25 mm height, made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/ sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including supply of all labours , tools & plants, materials etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in position powder coated heavy guage Aluminum partition wall including partly panelled and glazed aluminium door with frame and shutter with builtup standard tubular section /appropriate z section and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixed with raul plug and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners, including neccesary filling up of gaps at junction, at top, bottam and side with required pvc/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and joined mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing, panelling with double side decorative laminated particle board of 12mm thick, stainless steel screws, Neoprene /EPDM gasket in groove, lock, hydraulic door closer, handle etc and all other necesaary fittings with 4 mm thick float glass for glazed area including supply of all materials, labours, tools & plants,fabrication charge and scaffolding etc., complete as directed .

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete- Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width including supply of all labours , tools & plants, materials etc. complete.

Dismantling and removing the existing electrical fittings such as switch board, light point, AC plug point etc from the wall of the building without damaging including fixing the same in position as directed including providing necessary electrical connections etc complete including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants.

Providing and fixing ceiling light (600X600mm) - 28/34/36W, 3000-3800 lumens to the DGPS room including necessary connections etc complete.
