FORMATION WORKS
Rough excavation in soil/soil mixed with small boulders, getting out and disposing all excavated material lead upto 6 m and upto 1.5 m deep (75% machine and 25% by manual labour) as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
Rough excavation in hard rock by drilling with compressor, blasting and getting out including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material lead upto 6 m and not exceeding 1.5m deep (75% by machine & 25% by manual labour as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
Earthwork in embankment by filling with earth free from roots etc. spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm including watering and finishing to required slope & level not exceeding 1.5 m high above the base in ordinary soil in hill roads where cut & fill method is adopted as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
Disposal of excavated earth with vehicle for 6.50 Km lead as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
Unlined drains of any shape in SMB cut to reqd gradient average cross sectional area of 0.50 sqm incl. disposing surplus soil within a lead of 10 m, ramming & dressing shoulders as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
Unlined drain of any shape in HR cut to required gradient average sectional area of 0.50 sqm including disposing surplus soil within a lead of 10 m and dressing shoulder as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
SURFACING WORKS
Preparation of sub-grade in SMB by excavating upto 20 cm avg depth, dressing excavated earth to required camber or super elevation and consolidating with power roller incl watering & disposal of surplus earth within a lead of 30 mtr as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
GSB 10 cm thick (compacted) with stone aggregate conforming to grading No I as per Tables-400-1 of MORT&H specifications for Road and Bridge Works including supply of material, watering and compaction all complete as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
WBM 75 mm consolidated thickness of stone metal size 63 mm to 45 mm, grading No 1, as per Table-400-9 with type 'A' screening as per Table 400-10 and satisfying the physical requirement as per Table-400-8 of MORT&H specifications, spread, rolled, hollow made up to form true surface blinded and compacted to gradient and camber required all as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 7.50 Kg per 10 sqm as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor @ 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm on prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom, all complete as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
Preparing of WBM surface including scrubbing, cleaning, laying and compacting pre-coated stone chips 0.343 cum (13.2 mm - 0.229 cum-passing 22.4 mm sieve and retained on 11.2 mm sieve and 11.2 mm - 0.114 cum-passing 13.2 mm sieve and retained on 5.6 mm sieve) mixed with 18.25 Kg/10 sqm of binder (VG-10) and providing liquid seal coat by applying bitumen @ 9.8 Kg/10 sqm of road surface and binded with stone chips (6.7 mm size) 0.09 cum/10 sqm and rolling complete, compacted thickness 25 mm. as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
PERMANENT WORKS
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.2 m width and 1.5 m depth in soil/soil mixed with boulders (SMB), including dressing bottom and sides getting out and disposing all excavated material lead upto 6 m and lift upto 1.5 m as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
Hard core comprising of broken road metal size 5 cm graded downwards spread in layers not exceeding 15 cm including watering,ramming and finishing to required level and gradient including cost of stone metal as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 sand: 8 stone aggregate of size 4cm graded downwards) in foundation or elsewhere (excluding the cost of centering/shuttering) as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 stone aggregate size 4cm graded downwards) in foundation or elsewhere (excluding the cost of centering/shuttering) as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 stone aggregate size 4cm graded downwards) in foundation or elsewhere (excluding the cost of centering/shuttering) as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
Random / Polygonal rubble walling in cement mortar (1:6) brought to course 45 cm high, well bonded (material and labour) as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
Random or polygonal rubble walling in cement mortar (1:4) brought to courses 45 cm to 60 cm high (material and labour) as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
Centering/Shuttering (Steel) including strutting, propping and removal of formwork as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
Providing/laying of weep holes of size 4"x4"x1 Mtr using PVC pipe 4" dia with PCC 1:4:8 as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
Cost of Hume Pipe NP-4, 2.5 mtr length and 90 cm internal diameter conforming to IS:458
