M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment of any description on walls surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine, removal of nails including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surfaces and applying Two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over a Coat of Weather Proof Exterior Primer of same manufacturer as that of paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Weather proof Exterior Emulsion Painting under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Distempering & allied works under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Distempering & allied works through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment of any description on wall surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine, removal of nails and applying two or more coats of Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic Washable Distemper by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over one of alkali resistant primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Distempering & allied works under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Distempering & allied works through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.
