Materials and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face of brickwork or concrete surface on wall and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement,including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for washing, rubbing down and stopping of old painted surfaces and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm,on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing new surfaces plastered or unplastered and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm,on walls, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:-(Applicable for Serial Item No.2 & 3) (i) Painting shall be done in camouflage pattern as per existing shade(s) and pattern(s). (ii) The Contractor shall furnish guarantee for the exterior acrylic emulsion paint and shall be responsible for effectiveness of the UV Resistance, Alkali & Fungal Resistance and Dirt Resistance of the painted areas during the guarantee period.

Material and Labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) on technical structures at a height not exceeding 10 Metres above floor level,complete all as specified and directed.

Notes:- (Applicable for BOQ Serial Item No 4,5,6 & 7) (i) Painting works shall be done in technical structures at a height upto 25 Metres above floor level. (ii) Suitable arrangements as per MES Safety Code shall be made by the Contractor and the cost shall be deemed to included in the quoted rates.
