Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil,(loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 in & lead upto 30m Including filling watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches.

Cement concrete with 4 cm.gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand of 2.20 -3.60 F.M and 20 mm graded stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in Column excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G. G.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for the proper completion of the work. Binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost.

Mild steel or TMT Bars ( Fe-500D or Higher) in plane work such as rein forced concrete are rain force brick work (when not included in an over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including banding for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel.

Providing and laying of 80 mm thick precast cement concrete I-shaped interlocking pavers block with top layer of minimum 8mm thickness having plan dimension 200 x (160+120 mm) of O.P. cement, smooth high gloss finish, skid reditant, manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro-compression machanism. The compressive strength of concrete paver blocks shall not be less than 30 MPA (M-30) & weight 5.0 Kg/no. confirming to IS: 15658-2006 with a 4 cm thick layer of fine sand including cost of all material, labour T&P taxes etc required for proper completion of work as direction by E/I. (1) Gray colour.

25 mm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm. graded approved stone grit laid in panels finished with 3mm. floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in 5:1 as specified & removing any over lapping & the joints of panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. requierd for proper completion of the work.

Filling of carted earth for filling low land pocket from 8 km distence including loading unloading & ramming watering proper compaction with 20 cm layer not exceeding work executed as per direction of engineer in charge complete.
