Supply and fix 0.5 mm thick pre painted/coloured galvalum aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roofing including ridges fixed all as per manufacturers instructions fixed on roof with all fittings and accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix machine pressed 1.00 mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting as in valley gutters (trapezoidal shape), drips and straight flashings (length and girth fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced transluceant corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side laps fixed with coach screw and washer as in roof , wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 1.25 mm thick Steel rolling shutters, mechanical gear operated with bevel gear box and crank handle, as specified including top covers, anchoring rod, hasp, staple, safety lockers and one shop coat of primer, erected in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for welding in repairs exc. 2.5cm but n.exc. 5cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded exc. 6 mm but not exc. 9mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for foundation etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable, heavy duty, 1100 Volts, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable of size 70 sq.mm 3.5 core, laid in trenches/ ducts or fixed to poles/ walls including cable gland of suitable size and aluminium lugs for connection complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm in trenches for cable protection, embossed "LV ELECTRIC" on both sides complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for river sand cushioning (dry) laid in trenches for protection of UG cable (below ,above and around the UG cable laid in trenches ) of 23 cm spread thickness (8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable ) and consolidated (punned) up to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed Note :- The quantity of Sand will be measured and paid after punning down to 18 cm.

Material and labour for GI tubing 50 mm dia light grade with necessary connections and fixtures for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for road cutting and making good with Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6), type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing with 600x600x6mm galvanised steel earth plate electrode buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to and including galvanised earth strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanised steel, GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade pipe for protection of GI earth strip both to be provided to the extent of 7.5 metres as earthing lead and connecting to the eqpt/ machinery etc., including charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate in alternate layer in the earth pit all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I-2009 including PCC chamber made up of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 & RCC Chamer cover of size 540x540x100 mm made with 1:2:4 Type B1 using 6 mm round MS bar & 8 mm MS bar for handle, 20 mm dia medium grade GI watering pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto MS funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down service cable connection of any size ( old cable) as directed by Engr -In- Charge.
