Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m in width and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying pipe line complete all as specified.

Ditto all as per item No 01 but exc. 1.5 mtr and n.exc 3 mtr in depth.

Returning, filling in any type of soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified.

Removing excavated surplus soil upto a distance not exceeding 50 M and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above starting point complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking of drain pipes of any size (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete/ cast iron) jointed in cement mortar and taking out from trenches including demolition of PCC bedding of size 150mm internal dia of pipe, complete all as specified.

Concrete bed as in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore of pipe complete all as specified.

Salt glazed stoneware (SGSW) grade 'A' drain pipes laid and jointed on concrete bed, complete including testing of size 150mm bore of pipe complete all as specified. (Concrete bed shall be measured and paid for separately).

Ditto all as per item No. 07 but except pipe.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches of any size , complete all as specified.

Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipe(sand cast pipes) in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches, 100mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified.

Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipe(sand cast pipes) in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches, 75mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified.

Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipe(sand cast pipes) in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to walls, 100mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified.

Cleaning of blocked floor/nahni trap and CI pipe complete and removing all silt residue sludge both organic and inorganic nature including any type of forein material and removing waste material sludge etc to a distance exc 50m and sealing the sides of traps, damage caused during cleaning, shall be made good by the contractor on daily basis to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of blocked WC trap and pipe upto Ist manhole complete and removing all silt residue sludge both organic and inorganic nature including any type of forein material and removing waste material sludge etc to a distance exc 50m and sealing the sides of traps, damage caused during cleaning, shall be made good by the contractor on daily basis to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of manholes not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and removing wste material sludge etc to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and burying in pits by the contractor on daily basis as directed ( The rates includes for labour for making pits for burying sludge and disposal of its surplus spoil complete).

Ditto all as per item No 21 here in before but depth of manholes exc. 1.5 mtr and not exc. 3 mtr. Note : (i) Contractor are advise to deploy the manpower on daily basis for Item No 19 to 22 at 0900 A.M. to collect the complaints by auth rep of contractor from complaint I/C to rectify these on the same day and completion report/slip will be handed over with in 48 Hrs. (ii) non rectification of any complaint will be charged with Rs 100 per complaint per day. (iii) Necessary T&P for rectification of complaients and percautionary equipmentshould be provided by the contractor to Safaiwala's.

Cleaning of sewage lines over or under ground level including all intermediate manholes of any size by rodding 100mm dia of cast iron/SGSW pipe throwing the sludge taken out from the sewer line to a distance n.exc. 50 metre and depositing the sludge in excavated pits and covered with a earth layer of 30cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of sewage lines over or under ground level including all intermediate manholes of any size by rodding 150mm dia of cast iron/SGSW pipe throwing the sludge taken out from the sewer line to a distance n.exc. 50 metre and depositing the sludge in excavated pits and covered with a earth layer of 30cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Claning and desludging of existing septic tanks of capacity 10 Users, including inlet and outlet chambers, including taking out soild sludge in any form alongwith all other foreign materials by mechanical equipment mounted on LMV/HMV including removal of sludge and other foreign naterials outside the MOD land in foul conditions complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) Rates include for removing the RCC covers and placing in position after cleaning. (ii) Solid sludge means bulky mass of sludge which remains at the bottom of septic tank/soakage well after pumping/taking out of sludge water. (iii) Contractor are advised to ascertain the suitable place for disposal of sludge/seewage water from local Municipality area control/seewage water from local Municipality area control authority before quoting the rates.

Ditto all as per item No. 25 but capacity of tank 25 users.

Ditto all as per item No. 25 but capacity of tank 50 users.

Ditto all as per item No. 25 but capacity of tank 100 users.

Demolition of cement concrete as in reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to faciliate demolition ) as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), similar work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in cover slabs for manholes etc and similar articles, set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in slab, all as specified.

TMT steel bars 6 mm to 8mm dia, quality conforming to Grade 415 mpa cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified.

TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over conforming to Grade 415 mpa in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) all as specified and directed.

Cast iron lids for oval access doors for 100/75mm CI fitting (including bolts).

Cleaning of CI pipes 100/75/50mm bore by rodding and well flushing incld necessary taking down/hoisting complete.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete, all as specified.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Brick work with Sub Class ‘B’ burnt bricks (Old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius complete built in cement mortar 1: 4, complete all as specified.

Ditto all as per item No 38 but except brick.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan any radius in half brick thick wall with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Walling of random rubble stone masonery coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Ditto all as per item No 41 but except stones.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses. Hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 20mm

Raised pointing to random rubble uncoursed or brought upto course masonry in CM 1:3.

PCC 1:3:6, nominal mix, type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains including necessary form work, complete all as specified & directed.

Extra for forming fair finished channel or drain 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc complete all as specified.

50 mm thick 75 cm wide PCC type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in bays complete including 75mm thick consolidated hard core of broken stone over rammed earth finishing the surface of concrete topping even & fair, without using extra cement filling the joints with mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 or 95/10 grade and 3 parts of sand (all by weight) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for use and waste of form work / screed strips and to divide the area in panels.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4 type B-1) smooth finished and reforming benching as required 200mm internal bore, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in cills,lintels upto 1.50 metre clear span , copings etc. and in similar works including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form works, all as specified .

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 100mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces.
