M&L for post construction ATT along the external wall below concrete or masonary apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre incl drilling and plugging holes etc in apron complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cutting down removing vegitation plant digging out penetrated roots with tronices looping branches not exc. 10cm girth PROTRUDING over wall roofs by necessary cutting hole in brick / concrete wall/ surfaces and injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATW 41% SL 20 ml or till refusal by makimg cut/ injection in the stem of plant 30mm C/C spraying with solution (25ml Glyphospoto 41% diluted with one litre water) and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 and to match the existing work and finishes and removing of debris out side premises/ defence land including necessary scaffolding etc wk will be carried out upto 6 th storey height bldgs complete all as specified & directed. NOTE:- The work of shall be got executed through expert team of manufacturers or authorised applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 {using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate} as in coping/benching bed plates roof kerbs mud stops, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landing, steps, cills sunshades, shelves lintels etc and cutting chases for concealed water pipe etc and making good cutting not exc 10cm. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair venetian blind coloured powder coated 35mm wide and 1 mm thick Aluminium alloy blades with opening and closing arrangment including aluminium hanging channel at top with sliding wheel/ring including pulling rope in both side and necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc With ends of bars shouldered and riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work con-forming to Fe. 290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel work as in Joist,channel,angle, or tee sections, fixed independently,without connecting plates, etc. ( cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20 mm of the length indicated , conforming to gde Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) Quality complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cleaning of roof slab,parapets and beams including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust & providing water proofing treatment with polymeric standard water proofing membrane, complete all as specified and described as under :-(a) Preparation of surface and applying one priming coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 kg / sqm. (b) Supply & providing APP modified polymeric water proofing. membrane 3 mm thick of weight not less than 3.60 kg / sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) centre core including coating the surface with the compatible primer and torch application of membrane with minimum 10 cm overlaps in sides and 15 cmoverlaps in end as required thereof, complete all as specified and directed. (c) Applying one more coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over which one coat of aluminium bituminous paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm shall be applied. NOTE:- The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed throughh expert team of manufacturers or authorised applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1;3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar places and finishing the surface even & smooth with out using extra cement including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meter and every change of direction and filling the same with mixture of bitumen & sand in ratio (1:1) by weight including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on roof mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction (WPC shall be measure and paid separaterly) etc complete all as specified & directed.
