M&L for Cleaning of non accessible roof surfaces by brooming ,scraping and picking off the dust and dirt,removing leaves,removing plant roots including ensuring drainage system is free flowing, and making good disturbed sufaces with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Cost of necessary tools, safety belts and ladders to climb on roofs deeme to be included in unit quoted rate. (ii) Removing of all debris shall be disposed outside MOD land.
