Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position, not otherwise specifically provided for and M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates with using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement for , in roof Kerbs,rounded or chamfered or haunching in chajjas, benching, filleting,slightly rounding or chamfering on edges, filling undulations / depressions in roof surface, providing concrete platform for tanks wherever required as directed. Note: Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down / removing existing water proofing treatment from RCC roof slab including removal of plaster bed below felt / membrane and disposal of the same to distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m as and where directed and M & L for 15 mm thick screeding / rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete roof surface, using Water Proofing Compound @ 3% by weight of cement, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down of water tank of any capacity and any size with connections etc and refixing the same in position including replacement of any damaged items.Complete all as directed. Note: Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M & L for cleaning the plastered /concrete surface with wire brush and applying water proofing treatment as under:- (a) Apply one coat of water based bituminious primer @ 0.20 Kg per Sqm. (b) Laying APP polimerised modified membrane weighing not less than 3.5Kg / sqm by torch application method. (thickness of membrane shall not be less than 3 mm). (c) The overlap for APP membrane shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and100 mm on transverse direction. (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminious aluminium paint @0.15 Kg/Sqm over the membrane.

Cleaning and Surface Preparation: The cleaning and preparation of the substrate to which the Smart Care Ultron Waterproofing cum Protective Coating system is applied must be carried out thoroughly to leave a sound base for the application. Any laitance present on the surface must be removed mechanically. Grinding the unsound and undulated concrete surface to make it a smooth surface. Surface defects exposed during surface preparation such as shrinkage cracks, minor honey combing, minor damage to joint arises, etc. shall be filled with Smart Care Epoxy Primer mixed with oven dried silica sand. Priming of the Substrate: The surface shall be primed using a two component, anti-carbonation, anti-corrosive fast drying, and high-performance epoxy primer; Smart Care Epoxy Primer at a minimum consumption of 300 gms per sqmts to improve their adhesion to existing concrete substrate. The temperature of the substrate shall be min. 3 degrees above the dew point. Brush or Roller Application of UV Resistant Acyclic Polyisocyante Reticulant Waterproofing Membrane: The top sealer for use on exposed areas shall be a pigmented, moisture curing, UV and weather resistant, protective acyclic polyisocyanate reticulant based top sealer, Smart Care Ultron. The coating should be applied at a consumption of a minimum of 2Kgs per sqmts in 3-4 thin coats of no more than 500 gms per sqmts via means of brush, roller, or spray application. The coats with a 50 gsm non oven polyester mesh sandwiched between 2 coats.

M&L for waterproofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified below. (a) creating fillet coving with polymer modified mortar using cement : sand : URP (b) Applying PU sealant at the junction of pipes and the RCC surface. (c) Apply1st coat of two component cementitious coating, over the surface and taking the coating on the walls over the angle fillet / watta portion. (d) Lay 40gsm geotextile fleece at the watta portion. (e) Apply 2nd coat of two component cementitious coating, over the first coat and taking the coating on the walls over the angle fillet / watta upto 1M after 6 -8 Hrs. (f) Applying 12mm thick plaster in C:M 1:3 with waterproofing compound conforming to IS 2645:2003 @ 250ml per bag of cement.

M & L PCC (1:5:10) using 40mm graded aggregate as in mass concrete or as in sunken floor complete all as specified & directed

Cleaning the surface with wire brush, detecting sources of leakages and removing/taking down unsound treatment/surface and M&L for carrying out non-destructive waterproofing treatment to sunken portion of slab, floor and walls of bath, WC, WHB and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical method as hydrophobic PU grouting, etc, with first course of injection MDI based PU foam and second course of injection PU plain all as per manufacturers instruction, etc, complete and as directed. The PU foam shall have 100% solids and solvent free, and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50.

Cleaning the surfaces of kitchen sunk (mori) with wire brush, detecting the sources of leakages and replacement of any defective fittings/fixtures of any type Imaterial like material like Nahani trap of 100 mm dia etc, sealing the joint of pipe/nahani trap with surrounding using PU sealant of Pidilite or equivalent, and M&L for replastering with 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions by providing slope at Nahani Trap'with good finishing all as specified and directed. Note :- The quoted rate shall be inclusive of cost of waterproofing compound, PU sealant and Nahani Trap. complete all as specified & directed

Making hole and M&L for fixing thr metallic packer for hydrophobic PU foam and Sealer as per manufacturers specification. The PU foam shall have 100% solids and solvent free, and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50. complete all as specified & directed

Open the fittings like Y, bend, Tee etc from the outlet pipe filing properly the loose joint between bend and outlet pipe with solvent and fixing properly to ensure leakage free joint and making good. complete all as specified & directed

M&L for water proofing treatment of External walls DFT: 110 microns by applying two coats of elestromeric coating Raincoat, material covering capabity 3 Sqm per litre in 2 Coats without dilution & 1 coat of efflorescent resistant primer 10sqm/litre/coat after cleaning the surface throughly and sealing all cracks with acrylic sealing compound as per the manufacturers specifications and directions of Engr-in-Charge Make :- Raincoat shall be of PlDlLlTE

M&L for the tile joint chemical cleaning and re-grouting carefully by washing the existing tile with heavy duty tile cleaner preferbly of M/S Pidilite or equivalent cleaner, again washing with fresh jet water, scratching the joints and filling the same with (white/matching colour) epoxy tile grout of M/s Pidilite, ROFF RTM epoxy or equivalent, or equivalent , curing , cleaning the surface etc, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and as per the sample done at ground level.

Cleaning the surfaces of existing RCC Slab with wire brush and M&L for application of one coat of CORE COAT LP (F) minimum 1mm thick (12 to 14Sqm per coat for 1mm thick coat per pack) or equivalent approved in PIDILITE and grouting with a coat of neat cement slurry using 2.70 Kg /Sqm of cement admixed with liquid water proofing admixture and one coat of SBR cement all as directed. Make :- Core coat shall be of Buildcore Chemical or approved product of PIDILITE.

Cleaning the surfaces of existing RCC Slab with wire brush and M&L for application of 2 coats of Fastflex, minimum 1mm thick (1.5Kg/sqm) or equivalent approved in PlDlLlTE and grouting with cement slurry using expansive additive Pidicrete AM, @ 225gm/bag of cement and one coat of SBR latex all as directed. Make :- PIDILITE , all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for treating the dampness of wall with Siliconate injection grout (The spacing of holes shall be 2 Nos holes in every 1m) by making 12mm to 15mm holes at an inclination of 455 degrees to the extent of 112 to 3/4 of the wall thickness and inject the diluted chemical liquid (1 :4) (Min 10 Ltrs), in the lowest possible point by using a pressure grouting machine with a pressure of approximately 3 Kg/sqcm' till the point of return of liquid and seal the treated holes with suitable compound and washed thoroughly the treated areas with water all as directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roof or terrace, cleaning out, and filling solidly with a cement and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) , all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing water proofing plaster at the junction of wall and slab at chajjas, lintels etc, of average thickness 20mm in CM (1:3) with WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

Dismantling Structural steel work includings door, gates, etc and similar works complete all as directed

S&F of joist, channel, angle, flat iron or Tee sections, fixed independently with connecting plates, etc confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde 250 quality A) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated etc) as in roof coverings and S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings /cladding to wall , fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated etc) as in roof coverings and M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with 'L' or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 15 mm bore and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store

Taking down cement plastering on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on brick wall in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid for separately)

M&L 10mm thick rendering in cm (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement . complete all as specified & directed

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as on ceiling and finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash on walls including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newely plaseter sufaces and appplying two coats of weather coat(Apex) over two primer coats of damp shealth to new plastered walls as per manufacturer and apllied by approved applicator complete all as specified and directed.
