Repairs/Replacement of fast moving components to 5 cusec to 5 cusec VT pumping unit No.02 at LIS Watchi Main.

Dismantling ,Handling and Shifting of pumping unit from the site of work to workshop and back the pumping unit to site of installation and reassembling of the complete pumping equipment .The job comprises of loading unloading carriage from the site of work to site of installation. Finely full load testing of the same after complete installations at site. Old unserviceable material if any shall be the property of Department.

Manufacture, providing, fitting of complete GM/Bronze bell mouth bush as per sample.

Manufacture, providing, fitting of diffuser upper and lower bushs of bowel assembly as per sample.

Manufacture, providing, fitting of SS sleeve to the line shaft as per sample.

Providing and fitting of rubber bush bearing as per sample.

Manufacture, providing , fitting of MS gland as per sample

Manufacture, providing, fitting of GM bush to gland box.

Providing and fitting of line shaft couplings as per sample.

Providing and fitting of column pipe (Half thread) nut , bolts and plate washers out of EN-19 alloy steel to be stand with 250 PSI torque high tensile steel of size 18 x 125 mm.

Manufacture, providing, fitting of GM/bronze cooling rings.
