Architectural Consultancy (a) Providing Architectural Consultancy for preparation of self sufficient architectural working drgs and details as per architectural practices and norms and as per the area and details mentioned in adm approval and or as directed by Jt Dir (Arch) of CE R&D, Delhi for Provision of Centralised Air Conditioning system and allied wks at Bldg No. 05 BLDG of LC-III at ITR Chandipur. Plinth area of the building should not exceed the plinth area catered in admin approval as given below. Any amendment in the drgs at any stage must be corrected by the consultant till finalisation of contract. Drgs must follow the N.B.C guidelines local by laws if any and shall contain all details for preparation of lump sum contract including site plan, schedule of finishes and list of drgs. All architectural drgs must be signed by registered architect mentioning his council of architecture registration number. All drgs must be checked by the consultant and insure its correctness before submitting the drgs to this HQ. Sructural consultancy (a) Structural designing of AC Plant Rooms, Sub Stn Bldg and AHU Rooms based on the Arch Drgs, Soil investigation report, given design parameters (Appx 'A'), IS 456-2000, NBC 2016 and latest relevant IS Code using STAAD PRO software. Preparation and submission of structural drawing on AUTO CAD of building, footing foundation and foundation plans. Section, sub base structural details of frame constructions, structural details (Plan, Sections and reinforcement details of plinth beams, columns, lintel beams, roof beams floor/roof slabs typical details of structural members, details drawings for expansion/contraction joints if required as per codal provision). Submission of 08 set of drawing (hard copy) complete with tracing and soft copy. Air Conditioning (i) Consultancy services for design of Central Air Conditioning (HVAC) system for bldg No 5 of LC-III, ITR under GE (I) R&D Chandipur. Areas to be air conditioned and scope of HVAC will be as per Administrative Approval. The approximate capacity of plant shall be 170 TR running & 85 TR stand by. Inside conditions will be considered as given below. (Authority : User data sheet fwd by Tech Officer - D works, ITR Chandipur vide letter No. Nil dated 29 Dec 2021. (a) Dry Bulb Temperature : 24+ 2 0C (b) Relative Humidity : 55% + 5% (c) If recirculation is permitted No of person air changes : 0.40 cmm per per hour to be specified (Fresh Air) (d) Occupation (state max and minimum figures) : Min : 25 persons Max : 70 persons (e) Total equipment load in KW inside the AC : 34.8 KW (lighting Space.load : 4.80 kw, equipment load 15.0KW & EOT Crane Load - 15.0 KW) (f) Size of dust parlicles permissible inside : 10 Microns (g) Acceptable noise level. : 50 Db (h) No of hours of running the AC plant : 16 hr per day (5 day required per week/6 day required per week during mission activities) (j) Whether winter heating and humidification : Yes (k) Required Heat output in Kcal per Hour or BTU per hour of stored : Nil material (if any). (l) Whether any explosive dust is floating in the air or bnoxious/toxic/ : No explosiv/inflammable/hazardous gases/vapours are generated inside? Whether there is any special requirement of taking exhaust air (m) In order to estimate standby power requirement say whether the : NA continuity of running of AC plants is mandatory. Any other remarsk (ii) Preparation of architectural plan of building to be Air Conditioned and Plant Room based on actual site condition, on Auto CAD as required for design and development of HVAC system.

Detailed estimate, BOQ and yard stick of centralised air conditioning in 05 Bldg of LC -III based on the Arch Drgs, structural drawings and schedule of finishes along with TD where required, pricing on SSR 2020 Rates(Pt-II) and SSR 2009 for specifications (Pt-I). Market rate with analysis required for items, which are not specified in SSR 2020 (Pt-II).
