Renewal of drop out fuse unit, expulsion type for outdoor air break gang operated switch, single pole, mounted on and including insulators for 11 KV working pressure, fixed to and including MS channels with nuts, bolts & washers etc, synthetic bounded fuse tube complete with line capacity suitable for current carrying capacity upto 100 Amps including taking out old fuse unit all as specified and directed.

Renewal of vertical type air break switch, gang operated, tripple pole, mechnically operated, outdoor type, with all fittings and accessories mounted on and including HT 11 KV porcelain insulators and steel channel frame, GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length to worked from ground, including locking arrangements , suitable for 11000 volts, 400 Amps current rating complete including dismantling existing air break switch all as specified and as directed.

Galvanized steel wire 4mm dia for earth wire/ guard wire on LT poles stretched without kinks, bend and binding with wire including fabrication of cradles hexagonal/ rectangular guards, spacers, road crossing etc., including taking down old wire of any type shape , size and removing from site, complete all as specified & directed .

Supply and straining of Aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size on HT over head line including necessary binding work, jumpering, maintaining proper sag as per IE rule including cutting of tree branches around the ACSR conductor within area of 5mtr complete all as specified & directed

Unbinding from insulators ACSR conductor any size of HT over head line for repairs, restretching of ACSR conductor to achieve proper sag and rewinding to the insulators using aluminium/ GI wire all as required at site or directed. Note:- Distance between two poles irrespective of distance and no of lengths of conductor shall be considered as a single span.

Cutting/ trimming of tree branches clearing 5 metres horizontal and 5 metres vertical distance from both sides of conductor including removing branches from site, complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Clearing branches from both sides of conductor in between two consequtive poles shall be considered as one span irrespective of distance between poles. (ii) Cost of T&P required for cutting and removing branches shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by bidder.

Structural steel work as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plate fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed by Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces and dismantling old structural steel work in cross arms and stacking at site, complete all as specified & directed.

Anti climbing device, spikes type, fabricated out of MS bars (Round, Square or flat) 12 mm dia round bar made out of 40x6 mm MS flat including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole spike welded to flat iron bolt, nuts washers including preparation of surface and applying two coats of silver aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed..

M&L for complete rewinding of unserviceable off load burnt transformer of HV copper coil and LV copper coil using proper size DPC super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate guage and grade,with insulation material suitable for 11/0.433 KV transformer capacity upto 250 KVA including repair/replacement of damaged core also taking out carefully burnt unserviceable copper winding of coils & core complete all as specified and directed. NOTE- (i) Cost of necessary tools and plants and transpotation to workshop and return back at site such as Vehicle, hydra/crane etc should be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted (ii) Safety of transformer during Repair shall solely be the responsibility of contractor and any damaged caused to transformer during the operation of repair or in transpotation shall be made good by contractor at his own and no claim for any expanditure on this account shall be entertained during execution of work or later stage.(iii) The bidder strictely should be arrange Joint inspection at work shop with MES Rep (JE E/M /AGE E/M) to ensure damaged of transformer.(IV) Installation of transformer on locations as directed by Engineer in Charge on existing HT pole structure/ plinth and making all HT/ LT and earth connections including testing the transfromer on full load for 3 hours and on 10% extra load for two hours complete all as directed.

Carrying out calibration of Air Circuit Breaker 630 Amps, over fault relay, earth fault relay, checking of alignment of ACB isolating contacts, servicing of electronic operating mechanism including tripping and closing system of the breakers, dehydrating, decorbonising of panel, bus section & circuit section. Removing perished monoplus compound cleaning and re-insulating with LT taps wherever necessary,and including replacement of burnt out/defective spares like tension springs, tortion springs, nut bolts, washers of suitable size, lingers etc., under the supervision of authorised dealer/ representative, and refixing the ACB breaker in its original position and testing entire satisfaction of Engineer -in- Charge .

Supply and fixing 11000 Volts HT Dropout Fuse element 10A to 60Amps all as pecified and directed.

Supply and mounting on wall with necessary fixing arrangement sign board 3.00m length x 1.00m width X 0.30m depth fabricated with aluminium frame & acrylic sheet duly writen "11KV SUB STATION AGE(I) DALHOUSIE" with bold lettes reflective tape on acrylic sheet as approved by AGE(I) including 02 Nos , 4 feet, 20 watts LED tube light fittings complete with making connection with 1.5sqmm coppper conductor complete all as specified and directed . Make:- Havell ,BAJAJ, PHILIPS.

Supply and laying/spreading for loose filling of Hard core of stone broken or boulders of guage 40 to 80mm at electrical sub station 4 pole/2 pole structure including brick work up to 1 feet hight in CM (1:6), 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) and preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete; all-arround the 4 Pole/2 Pole structure up to area of 25m x 25m complete all as specified & directed.

Painting of HT Busbar panel externally spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of gray color / existing colour after cleaning surfaces thoroughly with thinner and scrapper and preparing the surface to required standard including writing and marking such as Panel Srl No,11000 Volts,and to be fixed of Danger notice sticker on the body of HT Busbar Panel complete all as directed by Engneer- in -Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement for high voltage PVC insulating mat 3 mm thick to withstand the current leakage upto 11 KV laid in HT electrical installation by using company recommended adhesive,ISI Marked,CM/L: 8963811,Conforming to IS:15652. complete all as specified and directed.Make:- Electromat/Sintex/Jyoti

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ( nominal mix ) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in in copings 4 poles structure /2 Pole structure/ Single poles and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork where required complete all as specified and directed.
