Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Plain cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Loose filling with aggregates of gauge 80 to 150 mm in graded stone aggregate for flooring, in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for flooring, Hardstanding, Pavings surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x30cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of old tiles all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 8-9 mm thick Glazed Vitrified coloured tiles Light shade, double charged / ultra charged matt finish / non-skid as approved, area of each tile exc 0.42 sqm but not exc 1.00 Sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floors spacer (3 to 4 mm) including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as directed.

S & F 8-9 mm thick Glazed Vitrified coloured tiles Light shade, double charged / ultra charged as approved, area of each tile exc 0.42 sqm but not exc 1.00 Sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match on vertical surfaces as in skirting / dado including rendering / screed layer 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete adspacer (3 to 4 mm) all as specified and directed.

M&L 18 - 20 mm thick Granite as in counter top wash basins including moulding edgs, cuting to required shape and size finishing etc,with fixed cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rounding to edges of stone slabs to one edge, such as in steps and other similar situations

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal all rubbish material outside premises to a distance exceeding 1.5 K but not exceeding 5 Km complete all as specified and directed..
