Preventive & Corrective Maintenance of Street Lighting arrangement of VIP Road . i) From Ultodanga to Airport link road at Middle Verge and Side road of VIP road(Pole No- 1 to 323) ii)VIP Road Flyover, under Flyover and 3nos Sub-Ways (Kestopore subway; Baguihati Subway; Joramondir Subway) iii) From Joramondir to Chinarpark Road (Pole No- 1 to 56) and Sub-Ways (Raghunathpur Subway; Bangur Subway; Shreebhumi Subway; Golaghata Subway) iv) From Raghunathpur to Airport service road (Pole No- 1 to 131) v) Annual Comprehensive maintenance of UPS/Inverter and Battery at Sub-Ways (Baguihati/ Kestopore/ Joramondir/ Golaghata/ Shreebhumi/ Laketown/ Bangur/ Rahgunathpur/ Teghoria) of VIP Road for the following luminaries:

400 Watt High Pressure Sodium Vapour/ Metal Halide Lamp Fittings including maintenance and repair/replacement of all accessories(Lamp, ballast, ignitor, perspex cover, ballast cover,connectors etc) the luminaries and loopbox and connecting wires between loop box and lumaries. (as per Terms and Conditions given below)

250 Watt High Pressure Sodium Vapour Lamp Fittings including maintenance and supply, delivery & installation of all accessories(Lamp, ballast, ignitor, perspex cover, ballast cover,connectors etc) the luminaries and loopbox and connecting wires between loop box and lumaries. (as per Terms and Conditions given below)

180 Watt LED luminaries including maintenance and supply,deliver & installation of all accessories(LED Module, driver, glass/perspex cover, connectors etc) the luminaries and loopbox and connecting wires between loop box and lumaries. (as per Terms and Conditions given below)

18 Watt LED Lamp Fitting/ 2 x 18 watt PL Lamp Fitting. including maintenance and supply,deliver & installation of all accessories (LED Lamp/FL Ballast, driver, connectors etc) for all Sub-ways (Baguihati/ Kestopore/Joramondir/Golaghata/ Shreebhumi/Laketown/Bangur/Rahgunathpur/Teghoria) (as per Terms and Conditions given below)

LED Bolard light including driver (17 nos), LED Flood light 110W for Garden area including driver ( 16 nos), LED high bay light including driver (12 nos), LED Strip light including driver (200 mtr), LED Glowsign boards including driver (04 nos) for four nos Gate at Lake town Sub-way and LED Post top lantern at Teghoria Park including Supply & Delivery and installation of all spare accessories. (as per Terms and Conditions given below)

Maintainenace of all electrical switchgears and accessories items by repairing/replacement of i.e., Timer, Contactor, Main switches/SFU/MCB/ Fuses and internal wiring of feeder pillars), socketing, etc. including regular cleaning, tightening, dressing of wire, earthing of feeder pillar box as per direction of EIC including regular painting of feeder pillar box once a year by surface treatment , one coat of red oxide primer and two coat on aluminium paint. (as per Terms and Conditions given below)

Comprehensive Maintenance including all spare parts of 16 nos UPS/Inverter (2 KVA 1-phase offline UPS having rated power of 2000VA – 1200W) inverter (900VA to 1450VA) . Regular checking of Battery (100AH to 150AH, 12V tall tubular type) , pouring of distilled water at Sub-Ways (Baguihati, Kestopore, Joramondir, Golaghata, Shreebhumi, Laketown, Bangur, Rahgunathpur and Teghoria) [Excluding Replacement of battery]. (as per Terms and Conditions given below)

Painting of Poles, arm brackets, header assembly and loop box as per G.S. i.e., one coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming next 1st coat of aluminium/synthetic enamel paint over 1 coat of priming and 2nd coat of paint over 1st coat of paint with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint as per direction of EIC. (as per Terms and Conditions given below)
