Housekeeping of Residential and public buildings in HWPK housing colony for two years during 2024-25and 2025-26

Providing all tools, tackles, consumable and non consumable materials, manpower, machinery etc., for collecting garbage daily (except Sundays and scheduled holidays) from all single/multi storied houses, blocks, guest house, road Side dustbins and disposing the same at dumping area designated in the colony by mechanical Transport etc complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge . Note: 1. Contractor shall arrange buckets/dust bins (portable) to collect wastes from each and every flat and dispose the same on same day with suitable transportation arrangement. 2. Failure to collect the garbage will attact penal recovery of Rs 5.00 Per each house/flat per day apart from no pay for no work.

Providing all tools, tackles, consumables and non-consumables material, manpower etc. for collecting garbage daily from public & residential buildings as follows, including cleaning i.e. sweeping and moping daily (except sunday and scheduled holidays) in all the rooms, hall, kitchen, cleaning of cowebs, open verandah, porch and lounge etc. including sweeping all around the building within the fence/compound wall, removal of grass, wild vegetation, spade scraping as required, removing dust from furniture, cleaning of plinth protection, collection of waste from the surroundings, washing the floors/staircase etc. once in a week, including cleaning of toilets by using harpic, phenyl or other approved cleaning agent/disinfectant including cleaning of washbasin, urinal, W.C. pans, Mirrors etc for usable condition, including placing of air fresheners, liquid soap in the container, napthlene balls in urinals and wash basins as and when required disposing of all waste to the dumping area designated in the colony by mechanical Transport all complete including cost of all manpower, consumables, tools and tackles, transport and any other incidental expenses etc complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge . Note : Unsatisfactory work will not be measured for payment. Failure to clean toilets to maintain hygienic condition will attract penalty of Rs 1.0 per sqm from bill apart from no pay for no work/unsatisfactory work

Security office, Surveillance room, W.T.P. (Colony), all Sentry posts including nearby & inside Toilets

AECS No.3 including all class rooms, varandah,toilets

Civil & electrical colony office, workshops including all Toilets, AECS ground toilet, STP toilet

Recreation club and all common corridors of shops in shopping centre including Toilets

Vindhya including Toilets, roof terrace and collection of garbage from rooms, dining hall, kitchen etc.

Aravali including Toilets

Information Centre, Amberdkar library & Union office including Toilets (Twice in a week)

Vanasthali including Toilets

Bus stops (Area of each bus stop is nearly 15 Sqm)

New & Temporary Alloted Quarters including toilets

Accomplishing the task of assistance/supervision services daily on all working days for ensuring smooth execution, monitoring of works, receiving day to day instructions from department officials, deployment of manpower, obtaining the signatures of occupants, departments representative as per the specifications and scheduled work plan including recording of measurements for billing and maintaining other records pertaining to the contract by deputing a semi-skilled person all as per the direction of Engineer. (Minimum qualification - 8th pass).

Cleaning of vacant quarters by sweeping, moping with disinfecting agents, removing garbage etc. including cleaning of toilets by using harpic, phenyl or other approved cleaning agent/disinfectant including cleaning of washbasin, urinal, W.C. pans, mirrors etc, removing cobwebs, sweeping & cleaning entire open area within the boundary of quarter, collecting & disposing garbage at the specified locations etc all complete as per specifications and as directed by the EIC. Note: 1. Additional Manpower apart from item no. 1 & 2 shall be deployed for this item. 2. In case of failure to execute this item, penal recovery @ Rs. 240/- per unit shall be recovered from the bill apart from no payment for no work.

Providing all tools, tackles, materials, manpower, machinery etc. for cleaning entire terraces as per specified frequency of the single storied, multistoried residential buildings including disposing of the garbage, tree leaves etc. to the dumping area/designated places in the colony by mechanical transport as directed by the Engineer, including all cost of manpower, loading, unloading, transport and any other incidental expenses etc. complete as per specifications and as as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: 1. Additional Manpower apart from item no. 1 & 2 shall be deployed for this item. 2. In case of failure to execute this item, penal recovery @ Rs. 73/- per unit shall be recovered from the bill apart from no payment for no work.
