Breaking stone rocks/boulders by hammering, chiseling and wedging or mechanical hammer, size of rock/boulders up to 1m (larger dimension measured), removal upto not exceeding 50m distance from the starting point complete all as specified and directed (Note: Measurement for the purpose of payment shall be made by deducting 50% to allow for voids from total qty of stack measurement. Boulders/ stones shall be the property of the HP state Govt.)

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY (ITEM RATE PART)

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of DI (Ductile iron) pipe 100mm bore double flanged (screwed) centrifugally (spun), class K-9 confirming to IS : 8329 (flange rating PN-16) with inside surface of centrifugally cement mortar lined, laid in trenches/on ground complete including rubber joints, nuts, bolts, washers of suitable size all as specified and directed NOTE:- Earth work (excavation, returning fitting in & removal and DI/CI fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items).

Construction of valve chamber using brick masonary, size 900mmx900mmx1050mm internal dimensions suitable for sluice valve with 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 for foundation, one brick thick wall in cement mortar (1:6),40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 for coping, rendering in cement mortar (1:4) 15mm thick internally and externally flush pointed in same mortar as the work proceeds. Silent Diesel engine driven generating set of suitable BHP to give 40 KVA output at Charri Camp of Military Station Dharamshala, continuous rating directly coupled with alternator at 1500 RPM, water cooled turbo charged with common base plate frame flexible coupling electronic control panel for engine displaying battery voltage coolant water temperature lubricating oil pressure engine speed and engine hours safety trip and indication for high water temperature low lubricating oil pressure and over speed, alternator self excited, self regulated brushless excitation. voltage regulation (+/-1%) of related voltage from no load to full load, acoustic enclosure, fuel piping, exhaust piping, control wiring cable from engine to control panel all as spceified and directed. The generator set shall be skid mounting type base frame fabricated from suitable MS channel suitably machined to ensure perfect alignment of the engine & alternator with rigid construction & necessary reinforcement to ensure minimun vibrations. (a) Diesel Engine:- The engine as per IS:10001/10002 of suitable BHP at Charri Cantt to give suitable output for 40 KVA capacity(1500 RPM). Radiator water cooled turbo charged/naturally at 1500 RPM. Salient feature of accessories shall be as under: (i) A1 class Governor (ii) Battery charging Alternator and maintenance free battery 12 volts 92 AH along with cables and cable terminals. (c) Accounstic Enclosure Pre-fabricated factory built, free standing floor mounted out door type accoustic enclosure, modular construction suitable for accomodation 40 KVA DG set as per specifications, approachable through doors, openable on four sides. The Enclosure shall confirm to the latest Environment (Protection) Act 1986(29 to 1988) and latest amendments inside to the rules, Noise limit shall be 75 dB at 1 RM from the enclosure and suitable as per CPCB norms complete. The unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of supply installation, testing and commisioning of DG set with ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE Electric Panel and all accessories as specified. (d) Fuel tank (Service Tank): of MS sheet complete as per manufactures design, complete with filling hole with threaded cap inlet, out let, drain and over flow connection arrangements , air vent connection, fuel level indicator with scale to measure the qty of fuel in the tank etc. Note:- (i) Diesel, Engine oil & grease , coolant etc . required for commissioning and testing shall be supplied by contractor at his own cost. initial supply of engine oil, filling oil, coolant MF Battery 12V of suitable AH duly charged alongwith suitable leads PVC insulated with stranded copper conductor duly fixed with suitable size of brass/copper thimbles as recommended by manufacturer etc. till taken over of DG set by MES. Rate quoted is deemed to be included for the same. (ii) LT UG cable and control cable as required for connecting as directed.

(iii) LT UG cable from alternator to panel board and change over to load shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (iv) Any civil works such as PCC foundation for Iinstallation of DG set as per manufacturers recommendations and any other civil works involved in installation of DG set, cost for which has been deemed to have included in the quoted rates. (v) Tenderer shall provide operator manual spares catalogue, cost for which is deemed to have included in the quoted rates. (vi) Peroidic maintenance chart as per manufacturer recommendations shall be provided duly framed. Cost for which is deemed to have been included in the quoted rates.

RCC KUL AND SEMI UG SUMP WORKS (ITEM RATE PART)

Steel reinforced corrosion resistant steel zinc coated/HCRM TMT bars conformed to IS 1786-2008 having minimum yield strength of 500N/mm2 of grades Fe-500D and minimum elongation of 16% 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
