Removal of tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Dismantling precast concrete or stone slabs in walls, partition walls etc. including stacking within 50 meters lead etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Removing damaged/ Spalling portion of RCC concrete ceiling and Cleaning Reinforcement with anti-rusting polymer chemical or paint and applying bonding agent like Nitobond for avoiding further deterioration, after that fixing GI Chicken mesh and re plastered the effected surface area with Cement Mortar (1:3) including necessary erecting and removing of scaffolding, Cost of materials and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Water proofing to the RCC roof to arrest the leakage with two or more coats Brush bond chemical after filling the cracks with crack sealer including cleaning fungus and loose particles, cutting U shape grooves, cost of materials and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Filling the masonry wall cracks with Cement mortar (1:4) and providing tie rods for avoiding further extension of cracks including making tie rod holes, cutting U shape groove, cost of materials and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Fixing factory made UPVC white colour fixed glazed windows /Ventilators comprising of UPVC multi chambered frame and mullion ( where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length( shape & size according to UPVC profile), UPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, the Window Sash should be fitted with 5mm thick Floated glass, EPDM gasket, G.I fasteners100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality including cost of Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant. Fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat molded PVC ‘C’ channel of size 30 mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the ‘C’ Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Window Safety Grill with MS Grill by using 25X25X5mm. 'L' Angle as Frame and 12mm. size MS Square bar Horizontals and Verticals @ 10cm. equal intervals fixing the window grill in position with screws including cost of materials, Labour charges and conveyance charges etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:5) (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge including cost of materials and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Painting to interior surface of the walls Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/ liter, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.
