Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendent holder, sketch fitting, sockets, regulator etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls and floors etc to match with the existing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down service / submain wire of any size fixed in any position complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable in and including concealed heavy duty PVC conduit including cutting chases in walls and making good the disturbed surface with all jointing accessories including provision of 3mm thick bakelite sheet top cover on new sunken boxes (boxes of thickness not less than 1.2mm) fixed with new brass screws & washers including 1.5 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor wire as earth continuity to common earth and connecting to earth dolly for one light point/ bell point controlled by one switch or one fan / exhaust fan point controlled by one switch through regulator complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

All as per item No.3 above but for one 3 pin 5/6 Amps socket outlet on independent board.

All as described in Srl item No.3 above but for one 3 pin 5/6 Amps same board with other switch / socket outlet.

All as per item No. 5 here-in-before but with FRLS cable of cross sectional area 2.5 Sqmm for one socket outlet 15/16 Amps independent including 1.5 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated unsheathed solid conductor wire as earth continuity to common earth complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
