13.98.1 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:One or more coats on old work

Providing and fixing fibre mesh/fibre sheet over cracked plastered surface after removing loose plaster and cleaning the surface properly, including opening of cracks, applying bonding agent, re plastering with CM 1:4, finishing the surface smooth, curing, scaffolding, labour, materials, tools and all incidental charges complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Labour charges for dismantling plaster and preparing cracked plaster surface, fixing fibre repair mesh and re-plastering including surface cleaning, crack opening, plaster application, finishing, curing and all allied works complete.

13.62.1 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

14.7.1 Renewing glass panes and re fixing existing wooden fillets: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

4.1.3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III)derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

16.84 Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost.)

5.22.1 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars
