The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping.The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V+/-10%, 3Phase, 50Hz AC power supply.The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required.The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5. The outdoor units shall be compatible with the exisiting AHUs connected(Details of exisiting AHUs will be provided in the tender document). Replacement of necessary refnet joints, header copper pipelines with thermal insulation, branch pipes with thermal insulation etc. to be considered whenever required. The work also includes the ODU connection kits, necessary control wiring, vacuumization, pressure testing, additional refrigerant gas charging, testing, commissioning, suitable thermal insulation for exisiting copper pipes in the terrace area to protect from UV, bird droppings, moisture, weathering etc. ,pedestral arrangements, necessary civil works if required etc. The dismantling of the exisiting units from terrace floor including disconnection, loading, unloading, shifting etc. The rate shall be inclusive of 36 months comprehensive warranty from the date of commisssioning of the new system (includes atleast 3 routine preventive maintenance services of the units per year, rectification of refrigerant gas leakages, gas recharging, replacement of spares etc. on free of cost if required). The work shall be carried out in all respects as required by the Engineer-Incharge & OEM.
(Samsung/LG/Daikin makes preferrable for new ODU units)
