(The bidder need to quote the rate per sqm of carpet area in such a way that it include entire cost of the housing project in it as no Separate payment will be made for associated works.)
The Rate per Square meter of Carpet Area (Which includes all costs of Housing Project) And should this tender be accepted, I/we do herby agree and bind myself/ ourselves to abide by and fulfill all the conditions annexed to the said pecifications in default thereof to or forfeit and pay to NPCC LTD., the penalties of sums of money mentioned in the said condition
Note: - 1. Rate quoted will be lump-sum but on basis of sqm (carpet area per dwelling unit).
Note: - 2 The rate quoted by the bidder shall be inclusive of G.S.T, taxes, royalty and cess.
