HEAD BOARD Removing decayed head board from its existing position and replace the same with new head board of overall size 900 x 610mm, frame made out from well seasoned 1st class hard wood (Teak/Seasam) batten 75mm x 22mm thick with soft wood (chair batten 03 Nos board), 4mm thick one side teak face BWR grade, type BB Ply wood (three Nos of ply) and other side commercial to be provided on both sides of the head board covering the soft wood batten, 12mm dia half cut teak wood beading shall be provided to join the ply wood and Hollock wood frame all as Shown on drawing. (Make of Ply wood : Century Ply/Greenply/National ply/Kit ply as approved)

FOOT BOARD Removing decayed foot board from its existing position and replace the same with new foot board of overall size 900mm long and 300mm height, frame made out from well seasoned 1st class hard wood (Teak/Seasam) batten 75mm x 22mm thick with soft wood (chair batten 03 Nos board), 4mm thick one side teak face BWR grade, type BB Ply wood (three Nos of ply) and other side commercial to be provided on both sides of the foot board covering the soft wood batten, 12mm dia half cut teak wood beading shall be provided to join the ply wood and Hollock wood frame all as Shown on drawing. (Make of Ply wood : Century Ply/Greenply/National ply/Kit ply as approved)

LONG RAIL Removing of each decayed long rail from its existing position and replace the same with new well seasoned 1st class hard wood (Teak/Seasam) long rail of size 95mmx35mmx1980mm long rounded one edges or face made out from well seasoned wood all as shown on drawing.

SHORT RAIL Removing of each decayed short rail from its existing position and replace the same with new well seasoned 1st class hard wood (Teak/Seasam) short rail of size 95mmx35mmx900mm short rounded one edges or face made out from well seasoned wood all as shown on drawing.
