Satisfactory Performance Experience Certificates in the field of Entry fee and Parking fee collection of any 3 Years in past 6 Years (i.e from the year 2020-21 to 2025-26 in Government / Government Undertaking Sectors

Valid PAN Card copy

Valid GST Registration Copy and GST returns for the year for the year 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26

Valid ESI & EPF Registration Certificates and ESI & EPF returns for the year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. Latest 6 months ECR copies to be enclosed

Valid Registration copy from Labour Department

Should provide valid document for having Pan India Registered Office or should have an Branch Office in Karnataka

Copy of Audited Balance Sheets along with Profit and Loss Account in the field of Entry Fee and Parking Fee collection for the Financial Year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25

Bidder / Tenderer should submit Turnover Certificate exceeding of Rs.12.00 Crores Aggregate during these years of 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 exclusively in the field of parking and entry fee collection. The Turnover amount should match with the profit and loss account for the above said period

Minimum of Rs.5.00 Crores Net Worth statement of the Company / Firm/ Individual for Current Financial Year duly certified by the Chartered Accountant

Should submit Solvency Certificate for Rs.2.00 Crores from Commercial Scheduled Banks

Declaration Affidavit Non Blacklisted, not having any outstanding dues to Government, Not having Litigation with any Government Authorities with regard to Contracts

Should provide binding letter stating that If any Increase in Rates of Entry Fee and Parking Fee by the Government with compared to existing Tender Rates the Increased Revised Rate will be paid Proportionally to the Department without fail.
