Baseline survey and studies are required to be carried out using performance base benchmark indicators related to onsite sanitation and faecal sludge management for project planning, designing execution and operation & maintenance.
Existing Sanitation System/onsite sanitation services are to be carried out to ensure that septage management /Faecal sludge management will be done in sustainable manner.
Topographical Survey of all the components is required to be carried out in accordance with the requirements as per norms and guidelines.
Hydraulic as well as structural designs are to be carried out of all the components in CW-SZ04 in accordance with the provision of Technical Planning Consideration, Design Norms and Benchmark Indicators for Rural Water Supply Schemes-Himachal Pradesh (Funded Under ADB) under the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Wherever necessary, guidelines of Manual of Sewage and Sewage Treatment published by CPHEEO, MoUD, New Delhi as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Refer Section 6 of the tender document for all the detail components in Tthe package)

Fixed Price * Operation and maintenance of complete Faecal waste management package covering decentralised wastewater treatment & specific interventions i.e., faecal sludge & septage management (FSSM) and grey water management in proper working condition. O&M includes the regular i.e., daily supply of designed/required quantity of faecal sludge having treatment as per standard/protocol for the beneficiaries at three different locations as per plan and repair and maintenance required for O& M excluding the cost of energy charges. All the operations shall be carried out as per the CPHEEO Manual of the Sewage and Sewage Treatment. The details of Faecal Sludge Management are provided in Technical Specifications (Faecal).
