Manning and operation of AC plants of capacity 02 X 15 TR, Make : Voltas and water supply installations at CQAE including attending minor defects for smooth and trouble free operation and keeping an hourly record of temperatures (plant and inside rooms) by providing one skilled operator in General shift of 08 hours duration, including sundays and holidays, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- Shift timings:- 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs

Notes:- The quoted rate is deemed to be included for the following :- (a) One unit shall run at a time and one as standby in AC Plants and maintaining desired temparature. (b) Quoted rates are inclusive of consumble stores such as grease, lubricants, cotton waste, minor spares. (c) One emergency light, Digital Psychrometer at each AHU & AC rooms and necessary tools should be available in a tool box with operator for smooth functioning. (d) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of maintenance of external water supply works of CQAE Area.

Note:- (1) To maintain the logsheet for AC plant, duty rooster, wages register and attendence registers. (2) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requiste qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recommended by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manning and operation and maintenance to Cold Room Plant of Capacity 3 x 20000 BTUH (-16 degree to -20 degree centigrade) and cool room plant of capacity (3 x 10000 BTUH (plus 2 degree to plus 8 degree centigrade) and standby DG Set of capacity 125/75 KVA with connected items, at BV Yard, Visakhapatnam of Blue Star make, including attending minor defects for smooth and trouble free operation and keeping hourly record of plant and inside room temperatures complete, round the clock in 03 shifts of 08 hours each, by providing one skilled operator in each shift of 08 hours duration including sundays and holidays, complete all as directed by Engineer -in- Charge. Note:- Manning to item no 02 will Commence from 7 Nov 2021

Note for item No.1 to 2:- (i) Cleaning the sorroundings of the pumps and replacing gland packing, greasing periodicaly for smooth functioning of the pumps, Keeping daily record of pumpsets running hrs all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge is contractor's responsilbility. The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of (a) Keeping neat and clean of complete installation area by grass cutting and removing the debris in & around premises upto 1.5 m from installation Bldg. (b) Keeping daily record of DG running hrs all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . (c) Carrying out A check of DG set / DD Pump daily as per Manufacturer's manual. (d) Replacing of distilled water / battery electrolyte and charging of batteries as when required. (e) The installation will be handed over in operating staff on the commencement of contract through work order. (f) The operator shall ensure by trial run and be alert to run the DG Set within 5 minutes of supply failure in case of manual operation / failure of auto mains.

(g) Diesel shall be issued by department as and when required as directed by EIC. The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of loading, unloading and transporting of Diesel from store yard to work site. (h) Contractor shall have to intimate minimum 03 days in advance for issue of diesel under Sch ‘B’. (j) Filling of diesel in the fuel tank, regular checking of engine oil, battery electrolyte and radiator water level and rectifying minor defects such as Engine Air lock, tightening of loose bolts and nuts etc, which may develop during operation and relative parameters all as specified.

M&L chemical servicing of the air cooled indoor and outdoor condenser of 5.5 TR capacity AC plant by dismantling the sheet metal parts and including applying the organic compound of HCL with water for removing scale on the air cooled condenser, fins, tube area and flushing through forced method, till removal the complete scale deposit across the fins, tube and cleaning, fixing the sheet metal parts, fan blades etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing swing type PUF door and including supply and replacement of rubber gasket, PAD lock system, digital temperature indicator, hinges, necessary bolts, nuts etc, refix the door in same location after completion of repairs for cold / cool room complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replace Defrost Heater Coil suitable for 20000/10000 BTU Cold/cool room AC plant complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and replacement of Liquid line 5/8, 3/8 solenoid valve coil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Makes: INDIFOSS/ ACCO/ SPORLAN /DANFOSS

Supply and replacement of Liquid line drier unit of 5/8-1/2 flare type and leak testing the joints, and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply replacement of Overload relay suitable to 5.5/7.5 TR oudoor unit motor starter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for carrying out leak test of cold room storage plant of capacity 20000 BTU Condenser with use of nitrogen gas, vaccumising complete system with double stage vaccum pump to below atmospheric pressure and rectifying the leakages, arresting the leakages and including charging gas, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting semisealed compressor motor of capacity 15 to 20 HP from the existing place (condenser pump set motor etc,) and including rewinding the motor with existing gauge copper conductor, varnishing and drying, replacement of worn-out bearings (DE& NDE), bushed connectors, terminal plate and re-fixing in original position, connecting cable through terminal block, preparation and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Sl. Item No 27 above but 5 HP.

M&L for taking down existing compressor cooling fan and including supply and replacement of bearing, varnishing the winding, greasing and refixing the same in existing position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as Sl. Item No 29 above but fan for indoor unit. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair and maintenance of microprocessor unit of the ductable package / split units of capacity up to 7.5 TR and including renewal of defective unserviceable spare parts of PCB body, connected wiring, suitable connectors and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting the filter bed from the AHU's of various sizes cleaning the air filters, removal of complete dirt deposited inside the cooling coil fins area by spary of scale removing agent and flushing out with fresh water till removal of complete dirt from the fins area and flushing out with air bolwer and refixing the same in existing position complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to package type AC Plants of capacity (2 x 15 TR) and including out door units of AC Plant, control panel of AC plants complete all as specified directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: The quoted rate is deemed to be included for cleaning of approaches surrounding outdoor unit for carrying out painting of the plant.

All as per Sl. Item No. 33 above but capacity upto 1 x 5.5 TR.

M&L for disconnecting motor upto 2 HP capacity from the existing place (AHU / chiller / condenser unit / cooling tower motor etc,) and including rewinding the motor with existing gauge super enameled copper conductor, varnishing and drying, replacement of worn-out bearings (DE& NDE), bush connectors, terminal plate and refixing in original position, connecting cable through terminal block, preparation and painting exposed surfaces with one coat of synthetic enamel paint, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Sl. item 35 above but 5 to 7.5 HP capacity.

Supply and replacement of pilot solenoid valve coil (Make:Sporlon or equivalent of U-flow)

Material & Labour for Taking down old unserviceable compressor and alternation of MS base frame of compressor including alternation of suction and discharge, Insulation, anti-vibration pads, nuts, bolts, gaskets and misc items to match the existing base frame etc complete all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of Semi Hermetic Reciprocating Compressor with Crank Case Heater & Ester Oil to cold/cool room Ac plant by debrazing the suction & discharge lines and including necessary welding / brazing with silver / copper brazing rods, copper pipe, sockets elbow, flushing out the complete system, pressure testing, vacummissing charging with refrigerant gas, testing and commissioning the package unit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Old unserviceable compressor deposited to MES Store. Make:- Danfoss of Blue Star Model No. RVAHOP-1014 or equilent in Voltas / Carrier

Supply and replacement of Expansion valve for 5.5/7.5 TR AC plant indoor/outdoor unit complete all as specified and as directed (Make:Sporlon or equivalent of U-flow)

Taking down carefully copper /alluminium point wiring (light ,fan, sockets light / power etc.) complete with fitting and fixtures such as any type of switches, ceiling rose, regulators, sockets ,light fitting, call bell, PVC /metallic holder, boxes, plate etc.all to be made credit to contractor and making good to disturbed surface of wall as per exisitng all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm size (nominal area) PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn into and incl PVC casing capping sleeves and caps of adequate width and length with all accessories and fittings like bends . elbow crosses and PVC rectangular block with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover as directed for mounting fittings etc like switches sockets and fan regulator incl 1.5 sqmm size PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed for the followings :-
