Fabrication of crossarms and 16mm stayrod at Production shop

Fabricating 2 line cross arms using MS Channel 75x40mm 61cm long with 2 nos. 18 mm dia holes in each flange by using drilling machine to hold the pin insulator verically and 2 nos 16mm dia holes in web side as per drawing including cutting, leveling, punching and stacking the finished products at suitable places including scrap in such a manner that the items can be easily counted in numbers etc. complete as per direction of Departmental Officers. The rate will include the labour charges, shearing tools, die set, punch ect.(MS Channel 75X40 mm will be issued departmentaly free of cost at site)

Fabricating 4 line cross arms using MS Channel 75x40mm, 1.065 m long with 4 nos. 18 mm dia holes on both sides of flange by using drilling machine to hold the pin insulator verically and 2 nos 16mm dia holes in web side as per drawing including cutting, leveling, punching and stacking the finished products at suitable places including scrap in such a manner that the items can be easily counted in numbers etc. complete as per direction of Departmental Officers. The rate will include the labour charges, shearing tools, die set, punch ect.(MS Channel 75X40 mm will be issued departmentaly free of cost at site)

Fabricating 1.8m channel cross arm using MS channel 75x40 mm (departmental free issue) with 22mm dia drilled/punched holes 4 Nos as per Boards specification and drawing including gas cutting, levelling stacking fabricated items & conveying the scrap at suitable place as per the direction of the departmental officers etc. complete (Charges inclusive of labour & consumables such as cutting gas, LPG, punch, die etc.)

Fabricating 2.4m channel cross arm using MS channel 75x40 mm (departmental free issue) with 22mm dia drilled/ punched holes 5 Nos as per Boards specification and drawing including gas cutting, levelling and stacking fabricated items and conveying scrap at suitable place as per the direction of the departmental officers etc. complete (Charges inclusive of labour & consumables such as cutting gas, LPG, punch & die etc.)

Fabricating stay rod of length 1.70m for HT lines using 16mm dia M. S. rods as per design including marking, shearing, leveling, threading one end to a length of 5 cm suitable to nut of diameter 5/8", making a round hook in the other end and welding the joint and stacking the finished products at suitable places in such a manner that the items can be easily countable in numbers, as per the direction of Departmental officers etc. complete. (charges including of labour and cost of welding electrode)
