M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregrate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelersm apexstone, bed plates, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made chequered cement concrete prepolished coloured tiles 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles, laid over and incl 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregrate) as in sub base concrete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar or laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laid over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Granite slab 14 to 15 mm thick fixed for steps, pillars,skirting/dado, window cills, cooking platforms and like set and jointed with white/coloured cement to match the shade of slab incl cutting, waste, rubbing and polshing laid over 25mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rate of granite stone shall be deemed to incl for full rounded off corner/edges incl all cutting to make it square or rectangular. (ii) The rate shall also be deemed to incl for cutting and polishing machine and granite polishing to achive the desired granite finish all as spfd.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2,1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregrate) as in sub floors, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine made Rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block (coloured),pre polished of any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade, over and including 25mm average thickness sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and Adjusting / repairing of Aluminium door/windows shutters, for easy closing/opening tightning of hinges or changing the position of hinges, tighetning of Glass/ Particle board by replacing rubber beading and clip packing, adjustments of floor machine for smooth opening and closing and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and Adjusting / repairing of steel window shutters for smooth opening/closing including greasing, welding and adjustment of projecting type friction hinges in any position make fully functioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for decorative solid Wooden Flooring classic series having HDF (high density fiberboard) wood Plank rectangular shape with interlocking pannels with plastic and silicate mixture as the core material with Plank size 1215 x 195 x 8 mm kiln dried and finished with UV coating for durable finish of approved wooden texture and shade over and including laying of necessary form/fiber on floor fixed as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F L/H/U profile and corner profile molding with fillet at top ,bottom and corner to hold the wooden flooring and wall panelling with exactly the same shade as that of the flooring planks as per manufracturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for work including doors, gates, angle post etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Water proofing treatment to roof as under:- (a) Complete removal of existing roof treatment including brick tile, mud fusca,PCC padding,cowa, lime concrete etc up to any thickness and depth of original roof slab and Clean up to existing RCC roof by steel wire brushes and surface washed with clean water and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.Note: All Demolished material / mud phuska sand/ brick tiles will be taken by the contractor out side of the Defence land exc 5 km but not exc 10 km run without any extra cost to the govt. Contractor should quote his rate Keeping this Aspect in mind. (b) M&L 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 over concrete surfaces of roofs finished even and smooth with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement. ( WPC will be measured and paid seperately) (c) Applying a coat of approved bituminious primer @0.25 ltr/Sqm and allow to dry conforming to IS: 3384-1965. (d) Applying bonding coat with one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/[email protected]/Sqm. (e) Supplying and laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/Sqm ) laid on by torch forced application.The over lap shall be minimum 100 mm on transverse direction and 75 mm in longitudinal direction and 100mm overlap on all vertical surfaces/dado/parapets etc and sealing the overlaps by heating and fusing the layer of asphalt and melting the protective plastic film. (f) Applying bonding coat with one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/[email protected]/Sqm. (g)M&L for 25x25x 20 to 22 mm thick Precast cement concrete tiles type B-1, 1:2:4 (10mm to 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) slab flooring, bedded over and including screed bed 15 mm cement mortar 1:4 , and pointed in cement mortar 1:3. all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge. Note : (i) The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by authorized approved applicators/agency of A.P.P. based polymeric membrane as approved by GE.(ii)Application of polymeric membrane shall be done by torch application. (iii)Primer shall be applied after preparing and cleaning of fully dried cement plastered surface

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete over roof as in padding incl cement slurry over old RCC surface, surface fair finished even & smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, for inserting APP membrane and other works 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of grooves and making good with cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L translucent film colored/ plain sloar film 25 micron sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing roof treatment in up to depth of original roof slab and removing entire rubbish off the premises, and applying Water proofing treatmnet as under:- (a) Rendering 10mm thick in CM(1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement. (b) Applying a coat of approved bituminious primer @0.25 ltr/Sqm and allow to dry. ( c) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/[email protected]/Sqm. (d) Supplying and laying polymeric APP water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3Kg/Sqm (e) Applying a coats of solar reflective bituminious aluminium paint @0.15 kg/sqm over the memberane complete all as specefied and directed by Engr in chrge. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water prrofing compund complete all as specified and directed.
