Supply and installing of the electric water storage heater of ABS body type of 25 litre capacity with rated power 2 KW, 5 star rated, vertical type, thermally insulated Mild steel tank with glass line coating inside the tank alongwith glass lined incoloy heating element with anti corrosive magnesium anode, NRV, thermostate, indicators and temperature adjustable knob including steel braided flexible connection for pipe of size 15mm dia bore GI hexagonal adopters/Nuts on both side of inlet (cold water supply) and outlet (hot water supply) and including provision of wall mounting arrangement and mounting on wall with suitable size of anchor bolts with complete connection of water including testing after installation, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Exhaust fan (domestic purpose) of sweep 200 mm, single phase, with louver shutter and connecting with electrical system, including provision of cable copper flexible, PVC three core 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to fan and grouting of holding down bolts in and including PCC M - 15 (nominal mix) blocks, fixed on wall with angle iron frame of size 35 mm x 35 mm x 3 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge. Note : (i) The contractor shall make necessary opening in existing walls & prepare the surface in shape & making necessary fixing arrangement of exhaust fan & grouting of suitable holding nuts & bolts in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 & make good the surface after completing the work. (ii) Unit rate quoted deemed to be included this aspect.

Note :-(i) One run of PVC conduit, two runs of cable (Phase + Neutral) and one run of earth wire shall be measured and paid as one unit.

Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 metre wide & n exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, pier holes etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plan n exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick each layer of soil all as specified.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Fly ash brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

Brick work with old size fly ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) on internal fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Excavating over area as, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, type D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base to floor, 75mm thick, surface finished even and fair to receive top surface, all as specified.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all as specified.

Chequered cement concrete tiles machine pressed of size 25cmx25cmx 20mm thick with grey cemen no pigment, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry to match the shade of the slab in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete, all as specified.

M&L for slate tiles locally available best quality fixed on wall with neat cement slurry/paste including rendering 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonary/brick masonary, size and pattern as approved by Engr-In-Charge.
