Supply,printing &fitting of flex ,banner,brinding signage and LED display at Park circus Maidan ,Kolkata.
Supplying, Printing and erection signage Board, Hoarding, Banner of approved matter supply ( WBMDFC) made with flex including wooden frame work & all the necessary materials instrument Such signage board, Hoarding, Banner will be installed in different place of Kolkata as per direction of WBMDFC. It will be the soul responsibility of the vender to the obtained necessary permission from competent authority required to complete such job. Encase of any damage occurred signage Board, Hoarding, Banner for reasons what so ever, The agency will have to replaced those similar nature of flex. In printing matter may be different for different place. It will be soul responsibility of the agency safety dismantle & removal all such Hoarding, Banner, flex. All work carry out as per direction WBMDFC & Direction of Engineer-in-charge. Size of Hoarding, Banner, flex (i)325(nos) x10ftx8ft= 26000 sq.ft . (ii)2(nos) x40ftx20ft= 1600 sq.ft . (iii) 150(nos)x3ftx2ft=900 sq.ft. (iv)pillar 18(nos)x10ftx4ftx4ft=2880 sq.ft. (v)144 (nos) x6ftx10ft=8640 sq.ft Total area of flex= 40020 sq.ft
Publicity through moving decorated Tableau, sufficiently illuminated by loud speaker / recorded advertisement over all Kolkata 3nos for 10 days. 12 Noon to 8pm
publicity through Autoricsa by loud speaker / & distribution leaflet inside minority lanes where tableu is not accessibal 5 nos auto for 3days. 12 Noon to 8 pm
SITC of LED display at Park Circus of size 12’x8’with proper fixing structures and necessary materials ,instruments, labour &cabling from the Power source approved by WBMDFC along with all allied works for at least (06)days and the work should be completed in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in charge. Incase of LED display ,if any defects found/out of order/Nonfuctioning.The Tenderer should be recoverable immediate replacement /repair with in 3 hrs from the time of lodging complain,othewise 10% of the tender value imposed.
