Providing and fixing of Decorative Poles and Lights at Main Road from Kamani Chowk to Vishwakarma Chowk in MC YNR

Revised rate of timer 2024 SITC of single phase 110 Amp/115 Amp 3 pole 230 V contractor and digital time switch automatic timer for on/off system of Make LandT/CandS/Legrand complete wiring and component fitting. The job including all material, labour, erection satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and erection of electrical meter i.e. 7 kw, 3-Phase for Decorative Lights cetagory as per UHBVN standard and specifications.

Supply and erection of electrical meter i.e. 6 kw, 3-Phase for Decorative Lights cetagory as per UHBVN standard and specifications.

Supply and erection of 7meter double arm decorative pole , duly PU Painted as per required RAL color code double arm as per photo of design (enclosed). The decorative pole should be in two sections, bottom section shall be a polygonal/tapered type with min. 4mm thick and 3 meter in length, having a top dimension of 150 mm across flats, a bottom dimension of 240 mm across flats, and a wall thickness of 4 mm, made out of IS 2062/ E355A or equivalent. It shall be provided with a 350 × 350 × 25 mm thick base plate for proper anchoring and stability, and supplied complete with 4 nos. foundation bolts of M20 × 700 mm length, including nuts, washers, and a fixing template to ensure accurate positioning during installation. The upper section with double arms shall be 5.5 meter in vertical height, fabricated from 60 mm diameter GI pipe (IS 1239) with min. 2.9 mm thickness, and both arms shall be reinforced at the joint with a 4 mm thick MS sheet plate to provide structural strength, rigidity, and a balanced decorative appearance. The complete pole assembly shall be protected against corrosion and finished for durability by means of a four-stage painting process consisting of a first coat of etch primer, a second coat of epoxy primer, a third coat of polyurethane (PU) paint of approved shade, and a final fourth coat of clear polyurethane. This treatment will not only provide long-term corrosion resistance but also give the pole an elegant decorative finish, making it suitable for outdoor, urban, and architectural applications. bottom part must have duly stress fit gate with backalite sheet suitable to fix MCB for internal wire connection. Pole should be suitable to install 2nos. LED luminaire over both decorative arm with Supply of 60W LED Street Light made of single piece aluminium die cast min. 60W with min. 130lm/w system efficacy with optimum distribution to ensure adequate required lux levelon site alongwith Supply of 120W LED Street Light made of single piece aluminium die cast min. 130lm/w system efficacy with optimum distribution to ensure adequate required lux levelon site. Make: Mayfair/Translighting/Vak Lighting. Note: Warranty of Pole and Light against any manufacturing defect is 5 years. The warranty pereiod shall be started from the date of completion of project
