Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S.sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of as per manufactureer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in charge but excluding the cost of painting with - 12.5mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS 2095-(Part-I): 2011 (Board with BIS certification marks).120gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS:277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flangesof 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastners 12.5mm dia and 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I> channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the spacing of 1200mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall / partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @230mm interval, including fixing of gupsum board to ceiling sectionand perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5x25mm at 230mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tappered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering up to 150mm on both sides of joint and two caots of primer suitable for board, all as per manufactureer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in charge but excluding the cost of painting with - 12.5mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS 2095-(Part-I): 2011 (Board with BIS certification marks).

Providing Plaster of Paris cornice of size 100mm high with uniform size and shape throughout length, including fixing to wall / ceiling / projects etc with proper line & level including necessary

FINISHING

Providing and applying white cement based wall putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the vertical / horizontal surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface - Water thinnable cement primer

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - One or more coats on new work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to given an even shade - One or more coats on new work

FURNITURE AND FURNISHING WORKS

Designing, supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of various Furniture as per the detailed specifications are enclosed in Annexure-a. Colour, design, Model etc shall be approved by the Engineer-in-charge

Stage Table - (8'x2')

Podium

Construction of wooden platform which will act as stage in Seminar Hall - The Frame work shall be made with 5cmx2.5cmx1.5mm thick hollow sections. The sections shall be arranged in 60cmm c/c in both horizontal & vertical directions. The top and sides of the stage finished with 36mm thick (2No.s of 18mm thick) water proof plywood and finished with the 4mm thick venner. All the exposed corners/edges shall be covered with teak wood lipping of suitable size. The un-exposed / inner steel and plywood surface shall be finished with suitable primer coat. The size of the stage shall be 5.50m(L) x 2.50m(W) x 0.20m(H). Colour & Finishing etc shall be as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade I Type II, in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P.Brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge. - Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing Pelmet with veneered particle board conforming to IS 3097 Grade I, in 18mm thick, 150mm wide - Particle board with decorative veneering on both sides , including top cover of 6mm coir veneer board, nickle plate M.S.Pipe 20mm dia. (heavy type) curtain rod with nickal plated brackets, including fixing with 25x3mm M.S.Flat 10cm long fixed to pelmet with hollock wood cleats of size 100mm x 40mm x 40mm on both inner side of pelmet and rawl plugs 75mm long etc. all complete.

Supplying and fixing of Cotton / Cotton satin / Mixed fibres curtain fabric with rustic and fast fabric plain or designed in stitching as per site / size requirement. Fabric density Non-Transparent composition. Cost including nessery allowence to the actual size, provision of Eyelet / hangers etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
