(D) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Acoustic enclosure (canopy) shall be powder coated ,the silent canopy shall be of nut bolt type construction critical processes of punching is done on CNC machines to maintain dimensional accuraceeof hole with in 0.1 mm powder coating is done after seven tank process of sheet metal canopy panal and doors shall have inside lining of FIRE- RETARDENT foam asacoustic materials and Rock wool for hot zone.adequate hinged doors shall be to provided to canopy, one door shall have glass window for controle panel visibility, canopy to reduce noise level below 75 DB (A) measured at 1mtr distance for audible frequencies approved from ARAI, for emission compliance as per CPCB norms, of suitable size to accommodate DG set of 12KW/15KVA. modular construction, fabricated out of 3mm thick, cold annealed CRCA sheet duly powder quoted, door to be provided with high quality EDPN gasket, duly exopy painted. the canopy to be equipped with heavy duty fans of reputed manufacture for air circulation.
