Comprehensive Maintenance i/c routine/ preventive, breakdown maintenance & repair/ replacement of components of VRF/VRV Systems, unitary system, Ductable package Units System and other equipment of HVAC installation comprising of all machinery, equipments, electric panels, starters accessories etc. as per additional conditions & inventory given in Annexure ‘A’ etc complete as required at following locations:

Operation of VRF/VRV, Unitary System, ductable package units system, TFA unit system and other equipment of HVAC installation comprising of all machinery etc. as per additional condition& inventory given in Annexure ‘A’ etc complete as required. Operation shall be done by deploying 1 No. AC operator in each shift (Total two shift i.e. 6 AM to 2 PM and 2 PM to 10 PM) . Shift may be change as per direction of Engineer in charge.
