M&L formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class B, burnt clay bricks of old size, designation 75, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering in two coats, 1st coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces as in wall & 2nd coat of 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. Notes: (i) Integral water proofing compound shall be measured & paid seperately. (ii) Two coat of rendering as specified above shall measured as one unit.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceiling/soffits complete all as specified & directed.

M&L spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling/soffits and applying three coat of white lime wash complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in over areas, not exceeding 1.5mtr deep and getting out, in soft/loose type of soil complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in over areas, exceeding 1.5mtr but not exceeding 3.00mtr deep and getting out, in soft/loose type of soil complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (PCC) 1:3:6, type C2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (WPC) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 150mm thick plain cement concrete (PCC) 1:2:4, type B-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate mixed with floor hardner as directed as in floor/paving complete all as specified & directed. Note: Floor hardner is included in quoted rates.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over & including one coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Soling (or sub base) 300mm thick in two layers (each layer of 150mm thick) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified & directed. Notes: (i) Payment per unit shall be made for top finished surface area of 300mm thick compacted thickness of soling. (ii) Minimum output of road roller shall be 800 sqm per day (08 hours) for each layer of soling.

M&L preparation of new steel and iron based surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290; Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed

S&F 12mm dia of neck, mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, length of bolt exceeding 30cm long complete all as specified & directed
