Annual maintenance of Deck joints plates, footpath slabs and other allied structures of BASCULE BRIDGE and periodical maintenance including jungle cutting and dressing of approaches of Brace Bridge, Swing Bridge for a period of one year.

Cutting/cleaning/removing jungles, including uproting/removing rank vegetation,cutting grass,bush wood,cutting/removing small tree saplings or branches of trees falling under the cutting area of different area of dock and removing spoil upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleaned, as per direction including all lead,lefts,cutting instruments, tools and plants labourers,etc.all complete in all respect.

Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed.

Cutting of trees, including cutting of trunks, Cutting of trees, including cutting of trunks, branches and removal of stumps & roots, refilling,compaction of backfilling and stacking of serviceable material by manual meanwith all lifts as per Technical Specifications Clause 201 for Rural Roads of MORD. (A). Lead upto 100 m. (i) Girth above 300 mm to 600 mm

Repairing of joint plates of Bascule Bridge with necessary equipment / machineries labour all complete but excluding the cost of M.S. plates, bolts and other necessary fittings and fixture will be paid separately.

Providing and casting of footpath slabs of Bascule Bridge of dimension 2.10mx0.30mx0.10m with side groove at bottom @ 1.60mx0.20mx0.05m with reinforcing steel (SAIL/TATA/RINL) 4 nos 12 mm dia @ 1.80 meter, 2 nos 10 mm dia @ 1.80 m & 11 nos 8mm stirrups of 0.680 m all cutting length ) with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20mm normal size) at site adjoining to the Bascule Bridge including steel shuttering & centering, placing of concrete and curing etc.

Carriage and fixing of pre-cast RCC slab to the site by manual means/ hand cart/ wheel barrow and placing them at the locations with 4 nos 12mm dia 110 mm bolts and filling the joints with sand bitumen filler with jute packing including dismantling /removal of the damaged slabs all complete.

Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor including roof.Upto 150 mm. thick.
