Repairs to 250 KVA electric substation at Lift irrigation cum dewatering scheme Sedpow Ghat of MISD Pattan.

Dismantling of existing old, shabby 250 KVA substation by way of dismantling of damaged HT insulators, damaged drop out set and wooden rotten joints/planks etc. and extraction of ISA pole structure by manual means. All tools and tackles required shall be arranged by the firm. The old material has to be returned to the divisional stores.

Fabrication, Providing and erection of steel tubular HT poles 09 m long with base plate 350mm×350mm×05 mm of 250 KVA substation. The job includes earthwork excavation of trench not less than 2ft X2ftX5ft. The Job also includes earthing of poles.

Cement bottoming including muffing of ST poles in M15 mix as per REC standards with 20mm stone aggregate including all formwork, and carriages upto site complete. The muffing dimensions are dia. 500mm, height - 1.5 ft.

Painting of pole with one coat of Red-oxide and two coats of Aluminium paint (including cost of paint).

Providing and fitting of ISMC 75, 8rft in length each (05 no). The nut and bolts required for fitting of channels shall be provided by the firm. The channels are required for fitting of link set and drop out set, lightening arrestor and for placing pin insulators for tapping of HT line. The Job also includes providing and fitting of clamps, nuts and bolts.

Providing and fitting of cross arms on HT poles for placing of pin insulators and making the ACSR conductor to run through the HT frame. The cross arms are to fabricated out of ISMC 75 (4rft) - 02 no and ISA 40x40x3 (4rft) - 02 no. The Job includes providing and fitting of clamps, nuts and bolts.

Providing and fitting of ISMC 150, 8rft in length each (02 no). The nut, bolts, clamps required for fitting of channels shall be provided by the firm. The channels are required for placing of transformer.

Providing, installation and fixing of 11kva link set with nuts, bolts, washer, clamps as per required capacity.

Providing and fitting of post type (polymer type) lightening arrestor set

Providing and fitting of 11kV 3 phase 200A polymer type drop out set (set of 03 pieces) as per required capacity.

Providing and installation of Earthing using GI Electrode of size 20mm dia. 8rft long connected with 25X3mm GI connection strip (strip price excluded) from transformer body, neutral and lightening arrestor to electrode.

Providing and fitting of GI earthing strip of size 25 mm X3 mm including installation for connecting various electrical equipments of the pump station to earthing electrode including GI nuts bolt set. Complete job.

Providing and fitting of 11kva Pin insulator.

Providing and fitting of 0.05 ACSR conductor on the HT poles from existing HT line to the newly created substation.

Providing, laying and fitting of 1.1 KV, 150 mm2, 3.5 core Aluminum XLPE insulated. armored cable of reputed make from substation to MCCB with each terminal of cable duly thimbled, crimped and properly insulated using heat shrink sleeves and suitable sized Al thimbles. The cable is to be laid underground by way of earth excavation using manual labour and then refilling of trench after laying of cable.

Providing and fitting of ISA 40x40x5 (20rft) and clamps (02 no) for securing the 250kva HT transformer on the HT frame.

Providing and fitting of Danger plate for substation.
