Special Eligibility Criteria

   E.C. :- Regular Order EC:- Firm whose prototype of External Emergency Light Unit ( PL 33643507 ) for Amrit Bharat Coaches are approved from Competent Authority of RCF/MCF/ICF. AND Firms who have supplied minimum 50 sets of External Emergency Light Unit ( PL 33643507 ) for Amrit Bharat Coaches to RCF/MCF/ICF during the last three financial years including current financial year. Firm shall submit the R-Note or pre receipted Challan as a documentoary proof failing which their offer will not be considered and shall be summarily rejected. Developmental Order EC :- Developmental order shall be placed on the approved vendors of Emergency Lighting System for EOG type LHB AC and NAC coaches in RDSO UVAM VD as per spec.RDSO_PE_SPEC_AC_0180-2016,REV- 0,TYPE-II(RDSO item ID 3100673)

   Packing Instruction: : WRAPPED IN ECO FRIENDLY BUBBLE WRAP OR WRAPPED IN TRANSPARENT BIODEGRADABLE POLYMER AND PACKED IN A CARD BOARD BOX (TWO PLY CORRUGATED) WITH ECO FRIENDLY CORRUGATED PACKING SHEET ON ALL SIDES AND TIED WITH 3 PACKING STRIPS HORIZONTALLY AND 3 VERTICALLY. EVERY MATERIAL USED IN PACKING SHOULD BE ECO FRIENDLY/ ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY. A LIST SHOULD BE PASTED ON EACH BOX SHOWING ORDER NO ,PL NO, DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM,DRG.NO/SPEC.NO, QTY,FIRM'S NAME & ADDRESS AND DATE OF DESPATCH ETC.
