Hiring of Attendant in lieu of TADK on contract basis through outsourcing Agency.

The firm should have received contract/contracts amount equal to or more than 150% of the annual advertised tender value in last three financial years including the current financial year.

The agency should have completed at least one work of similar nature in last 3 financial years including the current financial year upto date of opening of the Tender, one similar single service contract for a minimum value of 35% of the annual advertised value of the tender.

Defination of Similar Work :- Supply of Manpower (Attendants/Housekeeping)to any establishment of central/state Government Organizations/PSU/Autonomous bodies.

The agency has to quote their rate in the Schedule- A & B at PAR against the Departmental value and in the Schedule- C, the agency has to quote their rate between 3.85% to 7% (Minimum Rs.469381.92 and Maximum Rs. 853423.2) of combined rate of Schedule A and B. Total Value quoted for Schedule C should be in between Rs.469381.92 and Rs.853423.2. Otherwise, the offer shall be summarily rejected.

Service and Support:- 1. Availability of office of service provider: - An office of the service provider must be located in the state of consignee i.e. West Bengal. Documentary evidence to be submitted. 2. Dedicated Toll Free No/Tele Phone No for service support: - Tenderer must have dedicated Toll Free No/Tele Phone No for service support

Bidder financial standing :- The tenderer should not be under liquidation, Court receivership or similar proceedings, Should not be bankrupt. tenderer to Upload Undertaking to this effect with tender.

Micro and Small Enterprises (MSE) are exempted from payment of cost of tender document & Earnest Money deposit. However, firms must enclose with their offer the copy of UDYAM Registration Certificate in this regard for such exemption failing which the offer shall be summarily rejected.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

EMD should be paid online on IREPS portal only, other forms of payment are not acceptable

This tender is governed by General Condition of Contract for Services(January 2018) & various letters issued by Railway Board with latest amendments and Special terms and Conditions of Contract. However, wherever the terms of GCC for Services- 2018 contradicts the Special terms and Conditions of Contract of tender document, in such case Special Conditions of Contract will prevail. Tenderer must go through General Conditions of Contract for Services (available at www.indianrailways.gov.in)and Special Conditions of Contract before quoting the rates.

The rate quoted by the tenderer shall be inclusive of all taxes leviable by the union of India/State Govt/Civil authorities and other charges required for providing the services successfully.
