M&L for Repairing / Servicing of unserviceable electric motor cap 15HP to 20HP couplled to submersible pump, AC 3 phase, by dismantling the motor and coupling pulley and sent to work shop for repair. Removal of existing burnt out copper winding wire, cleaning of slots using suitable reagents and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge to achieve required RPM, varnsihing, drying, ovening, overhauling, greasing, painting and assembling the same after complete repair, connecting with pump and making necessary electrical connection and testing of motor after installation complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining required RPM after repair ,non compliance of speed considered as incomplete repair.

Taking out all leaked/deterioted rubber hoses of engine and replacement of hose pipes including clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unsv fuel pipes and replacement of new nylon reinforced PVC fuel pipes with threaded sockets complete set, oil seal, seal O ring, screw captive washer cap complete all as specified and directed.

Scraping of old existing paint, oil from body of alternator, radiator, engine, base frame including exhaust pipe / silencer, preparation of surface and filling of cavity using filler material and spray painting to complete pump set and motor set alongwith all accessories including fuel tank with two coats of super enamelled paint of superior quality as approved by AGE E/M and writing of MES/SM No. using black paint of suitable font of letters in background of white paint complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection of existing pipe connections and electrical connections, de-watering and lifting up the Non cloging type submersible pumps 5HP/3.7KW of discharge capacity 720 LPM (Make KSB) from UG sewage sump of 10.7 mtr deep carefully and transporting to workshop for repair and bringing back at site after repair and lowering the same including making the water and electric connection including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Repair of submersible pump and pump motor shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) T&P shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Transportation of pump set from site to workshop and bringing back at site inclusive in quoted rate.

De-assembling of electric motor of 5HP/3.7KW of Non cloging submersible pump set (Make KSB), cutting and removing the existing burnt winding wire of any gauge, cleaning and making good the slots, rewinding the electric motor with PVC insulated copper wire of existing size/gauge and weight, application of insulating material & varnishing including replacing of ball bearings-02 Nos, moisture seal and re-assembling the motor, commissioning & testing complete for the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge all as specified and directed.

De-assembling of Non-clogging submersible pump of discharge capacity 750 LPM, , for repair by replacing of company recommended parts of Mechanical seal - 2 Nos, Lower Bearing - 1 No, O Ring - 1 No, Spiral plate - 1 No, Compay recommended Lubriucating oil - 7 Ltrs, Moisture sensor including bolts, nuts and washers, re-assembling the same and commissioning & testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :Item No 2&3 Non-clogging submersible pump set shall be assembled and testing complete after the repair/replacement of spare parts

Excavation in trenches in hard dense soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide & n.exc 1.5mtr in depth and n. exc. 10sqm on plan for laying pipe in trenches and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.
