Taking down old Unserviceable street light of Sodium vapour/Metal hallide/flood light/ high mast light/ T-5 type/ LED street light fittings from street poles/roof top of any type capacity for carrying out necessary repari and re-fixing of LED Street light only. Sodium vapour/Metal Hallide/T-5 street light should be replaced and fixing with new LED street light inplace of old street ligth fittings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Crompton or equivalent in Havell's,/Bajaj.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Crompton or equivalent in Havell's,/Bajaj.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Crompton or equivalent in Havell's,/Bajaj.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED flood light 210 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Crompton or equivalent in Havell's,/Bajaj.

M&L for of street light bracket suitable for 40 mm dia made out of 1.5 mtr length GI pipe medium grade bend to shape at 120 degree and welded at required end fixed with MS flat iron clamp bolts, nuts and washers incl painting MS clamp with one primer coat and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cable /hangig on street light pole XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 sq mm 2 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated alluminium stranded conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 meter apart incl 4mm suspension wire twin core cable flat 16mm square complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for electrical earthing complete with GI plate electrode of size 60 Cm X 60 Cm X 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr. below normal ground level, with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr. below normal ground level, connected to Aluminum strip of size 25 X 3 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron, earth lead strip protected by means of 32 mm bore dia light grade GI pipe up to switch board / panel board , all as specified and shown in MES schedule Electrical Plate No:- 5 of SSR Part I, including excavation and earth work in any type of siol, PCC 1:2:4 type C-1 in chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type C-1 40 mm thick cover slab with 6 mm dia MS bars at 100 mm centre to centre both ways,with 6 mm dia MS hook, Charcoal dust, salt, funnel for watering complete and testing the Earth resistence and writing on the chamber by paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n. exc 10 sq m on plan and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out hard /dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, fillling in trenches, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material/ surplus soil and depositing where directed at a distence not exceeding 50mtr. at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from strting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply lay /spread in trenches, river sand, clean, including spreading, levelling, punning for laying /cushioning of cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply lay in trenches fly ash bricks, old size sub class “B” for cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
