Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates 90 mm to 45 mm ( Ninety millimetre to forty five millimetre) niminal size (Grading-I) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density including carriage of materials with in all leads, lilfts and other incidentials and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates 63 mm to 45 mm ( Sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) niminal size (Grading-II) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density including carriage of materials with in all leads, lilfts and other incidentials and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates 53 mm to 22.4 mm ( Fifty three millimetre to twenty two point four millimetre) niminal size (Grading-III) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density including carriage of materials with in all leads, lilfts and other incidentials and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying evenly a priming coat with bitumen emulsion medium grade including preparing bitumenous/granular surface cleaned of dust and extraneous material with mechanical broom or any other approved equipment such as air compressor and spraying primer at the rate of 6Kg./10Sqm. (Six kilogramme per ten square metre) with emulsion pressure distributor equipped for spraying uniformly including carriage of materials and equipment within all leads and lifts including mechanical transport as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge conforming to Clause-502 of MORT &H specification.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (Medium setting) including preparing Bituminous/granular surface cleaned of dust and extraneous material with mechanical brooms or any other approved equipment and spraying at the rate of 2.00Kg. per 10Sqm. ( two point zero zero Kilogramme per ten square metre) with emulsion pressure distributor equipped for spraying uniformly as per MORT&H specification clause 503 including carriage of material and equipment within all leads and lifts including mechanical transport as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm (Twenty millimetre) thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm (Thirteen point two to five point six millimetre) aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 (Eight-ten) tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades as per MORT&H specification clause 511 including carriage of material and equipment within all leads and lifts including mechanical transport as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 (Seventy five) tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm (Six point seven millimetre) size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade Case - II : Type B as per MORT&H specification clause 513 including carriage of material and equipment within all leads and lifts including mechanical transport as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
