Dismantling of loose / designtegrated portion of RCC chajja , bands , shelves , beam ,RCC railing , balcony and similar work ( including provision of support , formwork and welding of reinforcement with coating of anti corrosive chemical to the exposed surfaces of reinforcement) and dubbing with PCC (1:2:4), 15 to 25 mm thick using 6 to 12 mm graded stone agg mixed with WPC after applying cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm and finished even and smooth to desired shape for triple storey bldg, complete all as specified and as directed. (xi) Heat Resistance - Does not dirp at 1200 C Note : The quoted rate shall also be deemed to include for cutting grooves of size and shape as required in the parapet wall for tackling the APP membrane in the wall including making good the surfaces of groove as well as damaged surfaces of the wall after tackling of membrane in CM 1:3 to match with the adjoining surfaces.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1 and connected to earthing test point and including dismantling of old one, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in existing conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc including dismantling of existing one, complete all as specified and directed.
