Provision of services for operation and routine maintenance of 2x60 TR central air conditioning plant (1x60 TR of Voltas make & 1x60 TR of Blue Star make) at MSB consisting of reciprocating type compressors, water pumps, chiller AHUs in different locations, cooling tower, electrical control panel board complete in two shifts of 8 hours each per day on all days including Sundays & Holidays including daily maintenance of plant log sheets, cleaning of plant rooms, machines, control panels, supply and replacement of minor spares like fuses, switches, indication lamps, gland packings to pump/valves, and area cleaning all around the plant room including cutting of vegetation, grass etc. including attending complaints in air conditioning system in associated areas complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Minimum manpower to be engaged: One Skilled Refrigeration Mechanic each in 2 shifts of 08 hours per day on all days including Sundays & Public Holidays.

Provision of services for operation and routine maintenance of 1 x 150 TR of Carrier Make & 2x160 TR of Blue Star make screw type air cooled chillers, primary and secondary pump motor sets, control panels, AHUs etc. at LSP facility Bldgs complete in two shifts of 8 hours each per day on all days including Sundays & Holidays including daily maintenance of plant log sheets for each plant, cleaning of plant rooms, machines, control panels, supply and replacement of minor spares like fuses, switches, indication lamps, gland packings to pump/valves, and area cleaning all around the plant room including cutting of vegetation, grass etc. including attending complaints in air conditioning system in associated areas complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Minimum manpower to be engaged: One Skilled Refrigeration Mechanic each in 2 shifts of 08 hours per day on all days including Sundays & Public Holidays.

Provision of services for operation and routine maintenance of 3x 22 TR package type AC plant of Blue Star Make including compressors, condenser coils, control panels, Blowers, filters etc. at K4 building complete in General shift of 8 hours on all days including Sundays & Holidays including daily maintenance of plant log sheets for each plant, cleaning of plant rooms, machines, control panels, supply and replacement of minor spares like fuses, switches, indication lamps and area cleaning all around the plant room including attending complaints in air conditioning system in associated areas complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Minimum manpower to be engaged: One Skilled Refrigeration Mechanic in 01 shift [General shift] of 08 hours per day on all days including Sundays & Public Holidays.

Provision of services for operation and maintenance of RO water treatment plant consisting of centrifugal pump motor sets and starters with control panel, RO membranes, Chlorination plants with all connected equipments at DRDL area including pumping and delivery of treated water as directed, in General shift of 8 hours on all days including Sundays & Holidays including daily maintenance of log book/ log sheets for plants, daily cleaning the pump house building, machines, control panels etc., replacement of worn out minor spares with new such as gland packings to pump motor sets and sluice valves, control panel fuses, sluice valve stuffing box nut bolts of required sizes, gaskets for various valves including area cleaning and cutting of vegetation growth, grass etc. around the pump house building, UG sumps, delivery valve chambers including water distribution to users as per given timings; checking and rectifying the minor complaints pertaining to water supply system and valves for any leakages etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Minimum manpower to be engaged: One Skilled RO plant operator in 01 shift [General shift] of 08 hours per day on all days including Sundays & Public Holidays.
