Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1: 4( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. In colour such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) of approved manufacture and of required shade/colour complete as per manufacture specifications two or more doats on new work

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc.: 1 Internal work-Exposed on wall 1.1 15 mm dia. nominal bore
