M&L for complete removal of existing unserviceable water proofing treatment from top of roof and canopies/chajjas of building including removal of debris out side MD land and providing screed bed of 10 to 15mm avg thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finish, mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement on fair faces of concrete surfaces without using extra cement as in roof and further apply water proofing treatment to slab area with smartcare APP membrane 3.00 mm thick polyester modified preformed membrane mineral finish with the help of torching with side overlap of 100mm to be done over one coat of smartcare bitumen primer apllied with brush/roller laying achieving a forced coverage of 4 sqmt/ltr as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) of average thickness 40 to 50mm in adequate slope on roof surfaces for padding to achieve the 1:40 slope including demolition of existing PCC padding of any description and thickness etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of old surface including brooming down, scrapping down smoke soot, mould, moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and grease spouts and cleaning with water on wall applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion (exterior whether coat) paint of any tint as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete or stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surface of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered suface of walls and applying two coats distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new undecorated surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.
